Have you bought anything you loved lately? In the PEOPLE StyleWatch offices, the answer to that question is usually “Yes.” This week, we’re sharing our absolute can’t miss picks in our gallery, What We’re Loving Right Now — as well as fitness star Jennifer Cohen’s new must-have accessory.

When we think back to the major pop culture moments of 2008, a few things come to mind. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie welcomed twins. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were officially out as a couple. And then of course Kate Gosselin‘s famous spiked asymmetrical pixie cut.
Kate has since transformed her look, going from short to shoulder-length to her latest style: long, straight, chest-grazing strands. The mom of eight was snapped this weekend and editors did a double take when they saw her fresh look. We also started to brainstorm styles she could pull off now that she has that majorly long mane.
Dancing With the Stars judge Julianne Hough wanted to have a Halloween look so gorgeous, it was scary — and she definitely succeeded this week, thanks to her emerald-green Poison Ivy-inspired ensemble. Below, read on for the scoop on how she achieved her elegantly evil look (and get a peek at her adorable puppy, who makes a return appearance this week!).

Either you’ve said it yourself or your friends have said it: Once you cut your hair short, you want to go shorter. (The editor writing this article has always had long hair, so she’s yet to confirm the theory, but she’s heard it enough times to believe there’s some truth behind it.)
And it seems that Lauren Conrad may have caught the haircut bug. The queen of the long, blonde beach wave chopped her tresses last week (to our surprise), and she’s not done. Conrad has debuted a second (!) cut.

Like mother, like daughter, right?
Cindy Crawford’s daughter, 13-year-old Kaia Gerber, has taken her supermodel mom’s place in front of the camera, posing for a series of photos on Instagram. And the coolest part? Fifteen-year-old brother Presley is playing fashion photographer, calling the shots behind the camera.
