Bella’s Wedding Dress Imagined in ‘The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide’

Bella’s getting married! Twilight‘s human-turned-vampire Bella Swan walks down the aisle in Breaking Dawn, and in Stephanie Meyer’s new book, The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide, we get a sneak peek at what the bride-to-be might look like on her wedding day. EW.com has two exclusive images from the tome, on shelves April 12, which offers fans new material like character profiles, genealogical charts, maps and more to supplement the four volumes in the savory series. The guide features images by several illustrators, but this particular drawing was done by Young Kim, who also did sketches for the first Twilight graphic novel. Breaking Dawn Part 1 is due out in theaters on Nov. 18, and we recently spotted the movie’s stars filming wedding scenes on location in Canada. Perhaps Kristen Stewart will find herself sporting a “beautiful” dress similar to this ethereal creation? Or will she go the high-fashion route? No, he’s not going out for the role of Zack Morris in a Saved by The Bell remake; when it comes to the reasoning behind Cam Gigandet’s newly yellow tresses, the man is simply having a (very) blond moment. Arriving at WonderCon in San Francisco on Saturday to promote his new film, Priest, the actor shocked fans with much lighter locks, but the look isn’t for a role. “It was just for fun,” he admitted to MTV. ”I just needed something different.” For his tress transformation, Gigandet relied on a pro: “My sister does hair and she’s great at it,” he said of celeb stylist Kelsie. Well, most of the time, he joked. “I think she’s done my hair before and it ended up orange.” As to whether or not Twihards dig it, the jury is still out. “This is kind of the first day that people are finding out, we’ll see,” he said. “Have them vote online.” So, tell us: What do you think of Gigandet as a blond? –Justine Harman

Actress Ashley Greene likes to play beauty chameleon, both on and off the red carpet. “My style and beauty sense is always evolving and changing because I am,” says the Twilight star, and Mark cosmetics spokesperson. “I don’t even know, from a day-to-day basis, what I’m going to wear and what I’m going to like–it really depends what I wake up and feel like.” And when she’s rocking the red carpet, she’s constantly changing her look depending on her mood. ”Sometimes I want to be really glamorous, kind of have this ethereal feel and sometimes I want to be really dramatic,” she says. “One moment I can rock an androgynous look and the next I can have long flowing hair and sultry eyes.” What’s your take on Ashley Green’s changing style? —Kim Peiffer with reporting by Jackie Fields

Since transforming into the ever-stylish Alice Cullen for her role in Twilight, Ashley Greene has had more than her own fair share of glamorous moments on the red carpet. And now, with an upcoming special on the CW, Fashion Forward: Making It, the 23-year-old is getting another opportunity to solidify her mark as a style maven. Tapped to host the one-hour, behind-the-scenes look at the ins and outs of the fashion industry, Ashley gets to dish on designers like Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake—an opportunity that the actress still seems surprised by. “The word fashionista has popped up a time or two which I’m very grateful for and humbled by,” the onscreen vampire told PEOPLE. “The opportunity came up and I jumped at it.” Her favorite part of the hosting gig? “It was really cool to be talking about a lot of young designers and fresh faces and forces in the fashion industry that are essentially making their mark in fashion like I’m making mine.” Tune in to the CW on Dec. 8 at 9 p.m. EST to catch Ashley run the fashion show. –Jessie Goldberg; reporting by Jackie Fields

BUZZ: Will Kristen Stewart’s Bella Wear a Zac Posen Wedding Dress in ‘Twilight’?

While Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are busy heating up the set of Twilight: Breaking Dawn in Rio de Janeiro, fans back in the U.S. are buzzing about which lucky designer will get to dress Stewart’s character, Bella Swan, for her onscreen wedding to Edward Cullen. And just in case Zac Posen gets the job, he’s well prepared. Along with a slew of other designers vying for the project–including Max Azria and Christian Siriano–Posen has already sketched Bella’s dream gown for InStyle.com, turning the book’s vision of Bella’s “stepped out of an Austen movie” dress, into a reality. Posen’s turn-of-the-century creation? A light pink gown, complete with a corset, embellished sleeves and a lift in the front to reveal black lace up boots—adding the perfect vampire edge to Bella’s fairytale moment. Expect a ‘Beautiful’ Wedding Dress for Bella in ‘Breaking Dawn’

There’s a lot of pressure to find the perfect dress for any bride — and when that bride is Twilight heroine Bella Swan, the stakes are even higher! “I haven’t put the one on yet,” Kristen Stewart told MTV News on Monday night. The Swan-Cullen nuptials will be one of the most anticipated scenes of Breaking Dawn, the next movie adaptation of the hugely popular series by Stephenie Meyer, which is set to hit theaters in November 2011. “To be honest, it’s such a big deal,” said Kristen. “It’s such a big decision. I have a little hand in having a decision–or having an opinion more–but I think it’s pretty much up to Stephenie.” So what would be appropriate for a vampire-themed wedding? According to the book, something traditional with modern touches. InStyle even gathered designers last year to venture what Bella’s dress would look like– but it seems right now, it’s anybody’s guess! “I’m not quite sure exactly what it’s going to look like,” Kristen admitted, “but it will be beautiful, I’m sure.” Tell us: What do you think Bella’s wedding dress will look like? – Hana Choi
