In her latest GOOP newsletter, Gwyneth Paltrow, along with pal Cameron Diaz, shares her stylish ways to go green. For Gwyneth, going green doesn’t mean giving up her designer duds. The actress recommends trying out Stella McCartney’s new Eco Collection, which ranges from $435 to $1535 and is made from 100% organic cotton and recycled materials, available at Stella McCartney stores. Eco-conscious fashionistas like Kristen Bell, Camila Alves, Jaime Pressly, Anna Paquin and Elizabeth Banks came out last night get a sneak peek at Target’s newest designer collaboration: Loomstate for Target. And while the collection won’t officially hit stores until the end of this week, the stars where happy to be among the first to peruse the casual summer line of organic looks for men and women at an exclusive shopping event in Venice, CA. Some celebs, like Bell, who walked away with two bags of goodies, were already Loomstate fans. “I love their fun animal prints and I love casual clothes,” the actress told PEOPLE.com. “Plus, their cotton tends to be very soft, so I’m looking forward to getting a whole bunch of jammies.” Others, like Banks and Pressly, were new to the eco-chic brand, created by designers Scott MacKinlay Hahn and Rogan Gregory. “This is the first time I’m seeing it — and I’m in love already,” Banks enthused. 90210’s Jessica Stroup helped announce Origins cosmetics Return to Origins Recycling Program, a first-of-its-kind recycling scheme that accepts all cosmetic packaging regardless of the brand. Dressed in a chic Brian Reyes top and skirt, the actress, who is accustomed to receiving countless products in gift bags, says she finally knows what to do with all of the containers. “At first it’s exciting when you get them – ooh products,” she tells PEOPLE.com. “But then it’s like, I’m not going to use some of these. You just end up with all these containers.” The actress, who recently got closer to nature with a move to the beach, says she plans on taking it all to Origins. No matter what’s happening in her life, Madonna is still in love with British brand Bodas’s organic supima cotton T-shirts. The singer wears them “to work out, to run errands, to go out — she loves them for everyday,” a source tells PEOPLE. (She also likes them for primetime — she wore a black short-sleeve T in her 4 Minutes video with Justin Timberlake.) A Bodas spokeswoman tells PEOPLE that the singer most recently purchased a handful this summer. “She wears them out, and then her assistant comes in and buys five more,” she says. And unlike, say, Madonna’s one-of-a-kind designer tour outfits, you can actually purchase these looks. We’ve been chalking up Kate Moss’s radiant appearance to boyfriend Jamie Hince, but it turns out it’s actually all thanks to the ultimate rock chick turned eco-beauty junkie Jo Wood. The wife of Rolling Stone rocker Ronnie Wood and founder of the Jo Wood Organics beauty line tells PEOPLE at her Everyday Range product launch how she convinced the supermodel to go organic. “I opened her fridge to see what was organic and there was nothing. I started telling her how important it is for her little girl.” And the mom of five-year-old Lila Grace is now almost 100% converted, including using Jo’s beauty line. “Kate loves the stuff, she loves all the oils,” adds Wood. As for the model’s bright complexion, Wood chalks it up to her new organic food regimen. “It’s amazing she can get away with it. She still likes to have a good party, but her skin looks good still. I told her! You have to look after your skin but it’s what you put in you as well.” So where should an organic beginner start? “Read the labels,” Jo says. “Once you start reading labels then you only want to have things that you understand in your products.” Consider us converted.

Former Primp designer Alexx Jae launched a line of organic t-shirts for the Environmental Media Association on February 13 at one of LA’s premiere fashionista havens, Milk, whose clients include Zooey Deschanel, Rachel Bilson, Mandy Moore, and the Simpson sisters. “People think the environment is so not cute or hippie-ish, and I wanted to show that it could be really hip and cute,” says the L.A.-reared designer, who no doubt was inspired by her mom, the head of EMA. The super-soft tees and cardigans feature pro-environment messages written in light ink, like “Where’s your hybrid?” and “Compact fluorescents are sexy.” “I would never wear anything with a saying so loud so I wanted to make it very subtle,” says the environmentalist, who also uses bamboo in her sophisticated high-end collection, due out in the fall. Emily VanCamp, for one, was sold on the message: “I think it’s fabulous! I bought a cardigan. I’m all for a healthy environment, healthy clothes.” Other celeb fans: Anna Faris, who hosted the party, Amy Smart, Heather Graham, and Alexx Jae’s childhood BFF, Nicole Richie. “Nicole wears my stuff.
