You might not be a rock star, but Miley Cyrus is about to give you the chance to tour like one — at least for a day — and raid her closet while you’re at it. The teen star is partnering up with eBay in an online auction that gives one fan and three of her friends the chance to hit the road with the teen star, and be her “roadie for a day,” going behind-the-scenes at one of her upcoming concerts and hanging out backstage. Miley is also cleaning out her closet and auctioning off some of her favorite outfits — including this Theory dress that she wore to the Bolt premiere last November. All proceeds from the auctions will benefit the Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation, the Cyrus family’s personal charity that was founded last year in honor of her granddad to help kids in need. When it comes to fashion, Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford usually lets the attention fall on the show’s trend-setting starlets, but the actor is getting in on the design game — and it’s all for a good cause. Backstage in the Children’s Place lounge at the Kids’ Choice Awards, Chace joined some of Hollywood’s hottest stars in kicking off a charity fundraiser by designing a messenger bag to benefit Books for Kids, a non-profit that promotes literacy for low-income, at-risk kids. Starting today and running until April 24th, you can click over to eBay to bid on totes designed by Chace, Miley Cyrus, Debra Messing, Sophia Bush, Kim Kardashian and other big-name celebs.

Looks like Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t the only star putting her spring cleaning up on eBay for charity! Ellen Degeneres is getting into the spirit, clearing out her closet to benefit The Humane Society. The animal lover has teamed up with eBay for a series of online auctions that start today and run through May 8. “Today, we’re starting something brand new. It’s called, ‘Whatcha Sellin’ Ellen?’” Degeneres announced on her show, explaining, “I’ll be auctioning off my clothes and some of my guests’ clothes on eBay to raise money for The Humane Society of the United States. Every week there will be 25 items up for auction. Some things I only wore once. Some twice. And some I slept in. But they’re clean…ish,” she jokes. This could be your best excuse for booking a last-minute trip to London: A massive private collection of Madonna’s most famous and infamous costumes goes on display for the very first time starting Saturday. From the black and gold-coned “Open Your Heart” bustier to the wedding gown she wore on the “Like a Virgin” tour to the baseball uniform she wore in A League of Their Own, more than 300 of the Material Girl’s dresses, costumes, artifacts and personal items will be up for viewing at the Old Truman Brewery through March 22. The unforgettable pink gown (and gloves) that she wore in her “Material Girl” video could even be yours! On October 15th, the supermodel will participate in Christie’s Jewels: The New York Sale auction, selling off a 3.35 carat colored Sabbadini diamond ring that’s expected to fetch between $15,000 to $20,000 as well as a 6 carat diamond pendant necklace worth between $120,000 to $150,000. And while the items are rumored to be gifts from a famous ex-love, the star has yet to reveal their mysterious provenance. Kelly Ripa joined other fashionable New York women and super-stars including Molly Sims and Christy Turlington to shop for a cause — The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. A Hamptons tradition, Super Saturday was started to raise money for the Fund whose mission is to provide money for early detection and cure research for ovarian cancer. While Kelly browsed the racks of designer clothes from designers like Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren, Carolina Herrera, Theory, Maxx New York and more, she told PEOPLE, “I’m doing something revolutionary, I’m shopping without my stylist. So I’ll probably be meandering around here for the next 4 hours hoping that someone adopts me.” A Super Saturday veteran, Kelly didn’t have any problems last year when she walked away with two Miu Miu bags. Also browsing the heavily discounted items was Katie Lee Joel. “Last year I got a lot of hats, so I definitely want to get a new hat,” she told PEOPLE. “I got a lot of swimsuits for about $20 a piece too.” Good deals and a good cause — can you go wrong?

First Drew Barrymore donated $1 million dollars while on The Oprah Winfrey Show, and now Charlize Theron is appearing today to donate her one-of-a-kind Narciso Rodriguez gown that she wore to the Cannes Film Festival in 2000 (her first visit to the legendary event). The gown is going up on eBay to be bid on to benefit The Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which was created by Charlize in partnership with the Entertainment Industry Foundation. The project’s goal is to create a safer, healthier and better life for impoverished children and their families in South Africa, especially those suffering from HIV/AIDS. The Givenchy little black dress that Audrey Hepburn so memorably wore in Breakfast at Tiffany’s — aka THE little black dress — has just sold at auction at Christie’s in London for a staggering £467,000 (roughly $920,909), a spokeswoman confirms to PEOPLE. That makes the sale a world record-setting amount at auction for a dress made for a film. Right now, the only detail available on the buyer is that he or she is European (and has more money to spare than most!).  And who gets this huge amount? Founder Dominic Lapierre, who was selling the dress on behalf of his charity City of Joy Aid said: “There are tears in my eyes. I am absolutely dumbfounded to believe that a piece of cloth which belonged to such a magical actress will now enable me to buy bricks and cement to put the most destitute children in the world into schools.” What could be a more magical movie moment?

If Tori Spelling’s cast-offs aren’t your cup of tea, but you’ve always dreamt of shopping at Cher’s garage sale, start saving up! On October 3, a selection of 700 pieces of Cher’s clothing, wardbrobe, and even her Hummer, will be going up on the auction block. For many fashion fans, the centerpieces of the auction will be costumes (like the one at left) from “The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour” and a Bob Mackie dress that she wore to the 1998 Oscars. According to Cher, “a nice percentage” of the sale’s proceeds will benefit the Cher Charitable Foundation, but the real reason she decided to auction everything off from her house was that she wanted to redecorate! That’s what we call spring cleaning!

When the tough get way less inheritance than they thought they would (less than $1 million), the tough apparently get Ebaying. After last week’s visits to the dollar store and pawn shop, Tori Spelling has wasted no time in putting up 86 pieces of clothing on Ebay, in conjunction with an estate sale business in LA. If you are a size 2 (like the petite Ms. Spelling) or if you are just lusting after a piece of clothing worn by everyone’s favorite virgin Donna Martin, this is the deal of the century. Almost all of the items are designer (Juicy Couture, Marc Jacobs) and hot weather appropriate (fingers crossed that there is a fall/winter round of auctions, too!) Right now, bidding on an adorable black Miu Miu minidress is only at $76, and an elegant lace Tracy Reese blazer is currently at $49.99. What Tori items would you bid on? We want to know!
