Every Celeb Is Carrying This Style of Bag -- Finally, There's a Good Look for Less

Dec/15/2014 at 06:00 AM ET

We can only assume that when you become an It girl, you receive in the mail — along with your official club card — a leather bucket bag with a cinch top and a chain strap. We assume this because, oh, you know, every It girl has one. Of course, members of the PEOPLE Style team have also been coveting the shoulder bag. But seeing as we don’t have the budget of those Hollywood ladies, we went hunting for a more affordable version. Here it is:

This version of the bucket bag is very similar to the ones stars carry, save for the fact that it’s faux leather, which means the price tag is way lower. It has the same cinch closure, the same shape, the same chain detail on the shoulder strap and the same roomy interior.

We picked out the bag in go-with-everything black as well as a gray-ish-silver shade. You can order by clicking on the product in the tray below the video or by going here. And, as always, you can get an extra 15% off the cost by entering STYLE15 if you’ve never shopped on Joyus.com before.

This bucket bag is one of a whole lot of products PEOPLE editors have picked out to share with you guys. You can see the other accessories, beauty products and pieces of clothing we love right here.

Jaime King: All I Want for Christmas Are My Teenage Breasts

Dec/12/2014 at 12:24 PM ET

Maybe she should write to the Ghost of Christmas Past.

Jaime King has a unique request for Santa Claus this year: a return to her teenage body. The Hart of Dixie star, 35, posted a throwback photo to Instagram on Thursday — with some pretty festive cleavage — and she included her wish for a holiday miracle.

We Tried It: Rent the Runway's Plus-Size Selection

Dec/11/2014 at 06:22 PM ET

Who tried it: Rosaliz Jimenez, Photo Director (and a size 16)

What is it: The luxe fashion rental giant Rent The Runway has expanded their Plus options! Dresses are available in sizes 14W-22W from top-notch designers like Badgley Mischka, Kay Unger, Anna Scholz, and exclusively from the likes of Carmen Marc Valvo, Monique Lhuillier, Eva Franco and Yoana Baraschi. Prices range from $30 to $175 for a 4 day rental. RTR offers two ways to rent their wares: online or via their storefronts (located in N.Y.C., Washington, D.C. and Las Vegas). I tried both methods — for research purposes, of course!

Why I did it: Finding occasion dresses in plus sizes can be frustrating. Most options available in stores make me look like I just stepped out of an episode of the Golden Girls or like I’m about to audition to be a backup dancer for a Miley Cyrus video. Neither is good. So when RTR invited me to try on their collection, I jumped at the chance.

Level of difficulty: Easy!

Hairy Christmas! Beard Baubles Are By Far the Most Festive Facial Hair Accessories You'll See All Year (So We Put 'Em on Celeb Dudes)

Dec/11/2014 at 05:24 PM ET

Ugly Christmas sweaters are so last year. This holiday season, it’s all about festive accessories that stand out even more — particularly for the hairy hipster dudes in your life. That’s right, we’re talking about Beard Baubles.

What?! you ask, dropping your accordion and twirling your mustache. Yes, you heard us: Beard Baubles are a mini metallic ornament-shaped accessories that attach to men’s facial hair with bobby pins, and they’re taking the Internet by storm. And it’s all for a good cause.

Grey London, the ad agency which concocted the festively fuzzy doodads, came up with the idea to benefit Beard Season, an Australian charity that raises awareness for melanoma by asking men to grow out their beards during the winter months.

So to help the cause, and because we secretly love the weird holiday accessory, here are three bearded celebs — Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Reynolds and Jared Leto — and one who’s not (Harry Styles) trying out the Baubles. We may have created these images with scissors and glue sticks, but aren’t you totally sold on this happening in real life? We’re partial to Leto’s take on the trend, but Styles looks as if the facial hair ornaments were made with him in mind.

Under-$50 Jewelry Gifts (We're Also Buying Them for Ourselves)

Dec/11/2014 at 06:00 AM ET

The editor you see in the below video was looking for something to wear for her first live TV segment when she came across this gorgeous Swarovski statement ring in green. She wore it on-air, got a ton of compliments and decided she needed the coordinating necklace, too. She started getting compliments on that as well. Then she realized she had to share the jewelry with you all. Check it out then shop it with an exclusive discount code (info below) and wait for the compliments to start rolling in.

The pendants and rings both feature oversize (and we do mean oversize) Swarovski crystals, which typically come with hefty price tags. But not in this case — and you can get the cost down 15% more by entering STYLE15 at checkout (valid for first-time Joyus.com shoppers only).

It’s December so we should probably add that these pieces make great gifts (great gifts that look more expensive than they are). That said, we give you full permission to buy the jewelry for yourself.

Before you check out, take a look at more accessories, fashion finds and beauty products PEOPLE editors curated here.

Happy shopping (for your friends and family … or yourself — no judgment)!
