Kate Moss Is The First to Wear Saint Laurent — Right Off the Runway

Mar/06/2013 at 04:01 PM ET

If fellow guests at Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book party in Paris Tuesday night were experiencing déja vu, that’s because Kate Moss arrived in a look from Hedi Slimane’s collection for Saint Laurent that they’d all seen walk down the runway just 24 hours before.

And predictably, the supermodel looked stunning in her own take on the sheer, sparkle-studded bodysuit, which she topped with a slim blazer and finished with stiletto booties and fresh, natural makeup. (Just a normal Tuesday night outfit for the rest of us — right?)

Moss didn’t quite break the record for runway-to-red carpet dressing (that would be three hours, seen on Nicole Kidman in L’Wren Scott several weeks ago), but a day is barely time to get a look dry-cleaned.

Still, we bet Slimane pulled some strings for his supermodel pal. Must be nice to have friends in high places!

Tell us: What do you think of Moss’s Saint Laurent interpretation? Which designer’s runway do you want to raid?

Three Things From the Milan Runways You’ve Gotta See

Fashion Week has migrated to Milan, where the weather has been terrible, the food has been divine and stars as diverse as Hailee Steinfeld and Lana Del Rey have made an appearance. With all the commotion, it’s easy to neglect the main attraction: the clothes. So we picked three things from the Milan runways you shouldn’t miss:

Fox-fur mohawks at Fendi: Karl Lagerfeld continues to show his range, swinging from garden party prettiness for Chanel couture in January to punky, dramatic fur and leather for Fendi last week. Everyone was talking about the models’ unusual dos, which consisted of tight reverse French braids topped with dyed fox fur “fauxhawks” made by Sam McKnight. Not sure this will catch on, but it’s sure fun to look at.

‘Fashion Star’ host, style MVP and all-around awesome person Louise Roe flew from L.A. to N.Y.C. to take in some shows — and share very exciting news! She blogged about her experience Thursday for PEOPLE Stylewatch.

It’s a beautiful sunny morning and Ralph Lauren’s show is downtown. He’s laid expensive parquet wood flooring down, hung antler chandeliers and is playing Russian classical music.

The mood is magical, and we’re taken on a journey with Anna Karenina: velvet cossack pants, tapestry totes, fur hats and mohair trims. It’s so stunning and decadent, I’m reminded why coming to fashion shows is such an honor and a treat.

‘Fashion Star’ host, style MVP and all-around awesome person Louise Roe flew from L.A. to N.Y.C. to take in some shows — and share very exciting news! She blogged about her experience Wednesday for PEOPLE Stylewatch.

I land in freezing New York late at night after a quick trip to London, and am up early to shoot a trends video for Maybelline, in Brooklyn. No shows yet! I wear some awesome pink embellished trousers from hot new designer Bibhu Mohaparta and carry my acid yellow studded bag, from my new Spring line for Stylistpick [top right].

Next up, it’s a bunch of meetings — including meeting the delightful and welcoming team at PEOPLE StyleWatch [Ed note: She was very delightful herself!] — before a quick change into a red lace Marchesa dress, ready for a party hosted by Style Network.

Here’s a Front Row Seat to Rachel Roy — No Plane Ticket Required!

Feb/14/2013 at 11:05 AM ET

We love Fashion Week, but after a week of jostling, waiting in line, trudging through Nemo slush (in suede heels!) and running out of cell phone batteries, we’re ready to concede that it’s not as glamorous as it looks. That’s why we adore Rachel Roy for bringing the fashion show to us — as she has done with her video runway, which we can share with you now.

“Being able to share the show with people who love fashion is important to me,” Roy tells PEOPLE. “Not everyone is able to experience Fashion Week –- I wasn’t able to when I was growing up -– and my goal is to always create experiences that people can be a part of.” For that reason, she’s sharing her fall 2013 collection via video on Facebook, and giving us the inside scoop.

Victoria Beckham’s Fall Collection Dazzles the Critics (Plus Her Biggest Fans, David and Harper)

The N.Y.C. blizzard may have prevented Katie Holmes from showing her clothes during New York Fashion Week, but another multitasking star mom and designer couldn’t be kept from her collection, and it paid off. Victoria Beckham‘s latest collection got rave reviews from the fashion press — as well as the approval of baby Harper, who ran around doling out high-fives.

Guests attending the Sunday morning show at the New York Public Library were treated to tea served by “tea boys,” live piano music and a front-row view of husband David Beckham, fresh from “Butt-Double-gate.” And in keeping with Beckham’s tradition of showing things she’d like to wear herself, the models wore low, glossy ponys created by Redken creative consultant Guido and fairly natural makeup.

Heart Truth’s Hottest Catwalkers: Minka, Kelly and the Jenner Sisters

New York Fashion Week is just kicking off, but one of our favorite fashion shows has already closed down its catwalk: Wednesday’s Heart Truth Red Dress Collection show. The event, which brings awareness to the danger of heart disease in women, draws celebs from all over to strut their stuff in custom red gowns from top designers.

And unlike the average fashion show, in which models stay straight-faced as they stomp down the runway, stars including Olympic gymnasts Nastia Liukin and Gabby Douglas, news anchors Savannah Guthrie and Soledad O’Brien and perennial fave Wendy Williams turn the event into a party, even dancing and singing during their catwalk time.
