Jennifer Hudson: ‘I Lost 20 More Pounds!’

Martin Roe/Retna

Since she revealed her amazing body transformation in April, Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson has lost an additional 20 lbs. “I didn’t expect to go as far as I did!” the Weight Watchers spokesperson told PEOPLE in New York City, where she launched the Lose for Good campaign, which teaches families how to prepare healthy low-cost meals in an effort to help fight hunger and obesity. “People are like, ‘Okay Jennifer don’t lose anything else!’” Hudson, who marked her 29th birthday on Sept. 12, still hasn’t gotten used to seeing her slimmer reflection in the mirror. “I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I’m like [she looks over both shoulders] ‘Who are you trying to talk to?’” says the former size 16 star. “My mind hasn’t caught up yet.” But no matter what, “I’ve always been a person who’s comfortable with myself whether it’s plus-size, small size it doesn’t matter,” says Hudson. –Michelle Tan

How Sara Rue is Maintaining Her Slimmer Figure — And Loving It

Frederick M. Brown/Getty

What better place to flaunt your spanking new size-six self than to an Emmy party? After dropping a remarkable 50 pounds, actress and Jenny Craig spokesperson Sara Rue did just that, showing off her svelte figure in a chic Rory Beca dress at Entertainment Tonight‘s Emmy party on Sunday. No longer self-conscious about her appearance, Rue said that she now has time to focus on the important things in life. “I’m able to fret about other things outside of what I’m going to wear, and how I’m going to look,” the actress told PEOPLE. “I can worry, instead, about whether or not we’re going to be there on time, or what time I have to be up tomorrow morning,” explained Rue, who declared her current weight as a healthy one. And to keep herself in that healthy range, Rue said she is still watching the calories and sticking to Jenny Craig’s maintenance plan. “I’m still calling my consultant, and still eating the food, but I’m just not as regimented as I was.” Just don’t expect her slimdown to go any further. “I don’t feel the need to be any thinner than I already am,” she said. “I like being curvy, I like having boobs, and I know that I’m a representation of someone that has not taken it too far to one extreme or the other.” –Jessie Goldberg; reporting by Reagan Alexander

Jenny Craig Spokesperson Sara Rue: ‘I’m Done Losing Weight’

Noel Vasquez/Getty

Eight months after signing on to be a Jenny Craig spokesperson, Sara Rue is at the weight she plans to stay. Dropping a remarkable 50 pounds, and going from a size 14 to her current 6, the actress says she’s comfortable with her body as is. “I’m done losing weight,” she tells PEOPLE. “I feel great, and I love looking like a woman. I love being curvy and having boobs and hips. It’s hot. I don’t ever want to be size zero.” Rue, who is now on Jenny Craig’s maintenance program, says she still has to work at keeping off the weight. “I do my workouts five times a week,” she says. “I work out with my trainer one or two times a week, and we run together. As long as I do cardio for 45 minutes to an hour each day I work out, I feel like I’m okay.” And while Rue keeps to a strict diet and exercise regimen, she admits that she always allows herself room for treats. “On the Jenny Craig plan, you can have a glass of wine,” she says. “So, yeah, I drink wine, I drink champagne.” But the best treat of all for Rue was landing the stamp of approval from her best friend’s boyfriend. “I hadn’t seen him in months, and he was like, ‘Holy s—t!’ really loudly and he kept staring at me,” she says. “I think he had the best reaction.” –Dahvi Shira

Tinsley Mortimer Shares Her Bikini Secrets

Brian Mazza/Retna

Staying fit during bikini season is no easy feat—just ask New York socialite Tinsley Mortimer. “If my weight is down I do honestly feel more confident in a bikini,” says Mortimer, 35, who starred in the CW reality series High Society this year. So when she has to be in top shape—like during an August appearance at Tao Beach in Las Vegas, “I really try to eat less, work out a little, and stick to my low carb diet,” she says. “It works well for me and enables me to feel happier about putting on my bikini.” That means a diet of “egg whites, grilled chicken, tuna fish, cheese, coffee and salad—I eat a very low, if not no-carb diet typically,” Tinsley confesses, adding that she runs twice a week and plays in tennis matches on the weekend. But that is not to say that she won’t indulge here and there. “I love pizza and cupcakes!” she laughs. “I will usually be bad about once every two weeks and order Domino’s. I am sort of obsessed!” –Charlotte Triggs

Molly Sims Wants to Give Britney Spears a Makeover

Courtesy Health

If Molly Sims could give any celebrity a makeover, she says it’d be Britney Spears. “I would take away the boots, the tank tops,” Sims, 37, says in the September issue of Health magazine. “She’s so pretty-she just needs help with dressing. She gets too many trends going at once.” But the actress and cover model admits that she’s had her own share of flawed fashion moments. “I had braces for two-and-a-half years, and I promise you, I wouldn’t have been the same girl if I didn’t. I would not have smiled.” In fact, Sims tells the magazine that she’s “not not a proponent of cosmetic surgery.” And as someone whose life has centered around the importance of looks, she says, “I think I’ve done every crazy diet there was in the beginning, but it’s weird: I’m thinner now than I was when I was modeling.” To hear more from Molly, pick up the September issue of Health, on newsstands Friday. –Dahvi Shira
