Kim Kardashian is at it again, this time taking to her blog to discuss the ever-changing hairstyles she’s been rocking over the past couple months. “I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different Hollywood hair looks recently. First I tried out a long glamorous blonde look,” (shown above) she says, before taking a test-run of everything from a short, light cut to a short dark bob created by tucking under her natural locks. So why the restless tresses? “I love experimenting with hair looks!,” she explains. “It keeps things interesting and new, and thanks to the amazing and talented hair stylists who create my looks, I know I’m always in good hands and my hair will always look red-carpet ready! haha.” But the reality star wants to know which look you love the most on her. Last year’s hottest look for young male stars was definitely the boy bangs, but this summer, it’s all about a closer crop and lots of forehead. First, Chace Crawford debuted a new look on the set of Gossip Girl, that the show’s costumer revealed to InStyle.com was actually a mistake that worked out well! He got it cut in England. It was just supposed to be a trim,” says show hairstylist Jen Johnson. “It’s shorter and pushed back off his beautiful face. We think it was a great mistake!” And now, Zac Efron has also cut off his trademark side-swept bangs for a fresh and clean do that he showed off over the holiday weekend. PEOPLE’s Hottest Bachelor is known for his messy boy bangs both on- and off-screen, but when we spotted Chace Crawford on the set of Gossip Girl this week we were surprised to see his luxurious locks slicked back. Looks like his on-screen character Nate Archibald is taking style tips from frenemy Chuck Bass. And while Ed Westwick’s Chuck has the grown-up slick back down path, we aren’t so sure about Chace’s Nate. Could this be Nate’s new college look? We can’t help but miss the boy bangs. While we can’t tell for sure if Britney’s new look is for real or a wig, we think going dark still works for her. Angela Kinsey is branching out from her role as The Office’s stern cat-lover Angela Martin and getting sassy in a series of spirited spots with hair color brand Nice ‘n Easy. Starring as a “Guardian Girlfriend,” Angela tells it like it is in a commercial and print ad campaign, advising women about their hair dos — and don’ts. “I’m thrilled to be working with Clairol Nice ‘n Easy,” Angela tells PEOPLE.com. “It has been a blast stepping into the role of the Guardian Girlfriend ‘GiGi’. She gives straight-shooting advice to women looking to get the right color.” The ads have just launched in limited release on cable TV and will hit the networks in July. Thirty years later, celebs like Kim Kardashian and Ciara are taking the current braid trend to the extreme by sporting a similar, yet chunkier, style.
