While it sold out within hours in London, American women coveting the blue Issa dress Kate Middleton wore to announce her engagement are in luck: Starting immediately, reservations can be placed on the $535 long-sleeved silk-jersey dress on net-a-porter.com, with orders expected to be shipped in January. For those of you lucky enough to be in London, you can pop into Harvey Nichols, Matches or Fenwick on Bond Street (where it’s believed the princess-to-be picked up hers), but expect to be put on the wait list as this dress has gained superstar status, with high street copies selling out everywhere since that historic Nov. 16 announcement. And while that particular dress has caused a global sensation, designer Daniella Helayel refuses to comment on whether it’s hers or Kate’s favorite. “I don’t have a favorite,” Helayel tells PEOPLE exclusively from her Chelsea studio, where the phone has been ringing off the hook since that appearance. “I always admire the styles and colors Kate chooses to wear. She has great taste.” –Suzanne Zuckerman; reporting by Monique Jessen

The Details of Emma Watson’s One-of-a-Kind Burberry Trench

Emma Watson Premieres 'Burberry Bespoke' Collection xposure

There are a few luxe items in which every fashionable woman should invest: a great handbag, an elegant timepiece and a timeless Burberry trench coat. Perfect for inclement weather and sunny days alike, a well-made trench can mask imperfections, create a perfect hourglass shape and pull together even the mishmashiest of outfits. The only gripe we actually have with the classic coat is its ubiquity. That’s why when we spotted style icon Emma Watson arriving at New York’s JFK International in a khaki topper with buttery leather sleeves, we were determined to learn more. As it turns out, Burberry Creative Director Christopher Bailey designed the one-of-a-kind jacket specifically for Emma. The gracious star (and face of Burberry) appreciatively Tweeted, “Wearing my favourite trench that Christopher Bailey @Burberry designed for me. Love it!” So while for now we will have to make do with salivating over Emma’s masterpiece, come next spring, e-shoppers will be able to customize their very own. And though details are still hush hush, we have been informed that the ‘Burberry Bespoke’ service will be a fully integrated, innovative digital platform that enables the personalization of the iconic Burberry trench coat. All we know is, the queue starts here! – Justine Harman

INF, Gary Gershoff/WireImage, INF

Taylor Swift seems to have found her sartorial partner-in-crime in designer Tracy Reese, sporting three different looks from the feminine line—all in one week! First, while appearing on Live! with Regis & Kelly on Oct. 27, the flaxen blonde donned a nougat lace confection ($288) with a black waist tie, before changing into a red polka dot cap-sleeved prairie dress for a private concert at JetBlue’s Live from T5 in New York. Four days later, the star stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show in a long-sleeved black lace frock with elegant pleating. And if you’re loving Taylor’s sweet-yet-chic look, we’ve tracked down where to score her dresses! Gossip Girl Style Breakdown: Season Three, Episode Twelve

Giovanni Rufino/The CW

Last night’s episode of Gossip Girl might have been all about Serena van der Woodsen’s (played by Blake Lively) affair gone wrong, but we couldn’t take our eyes off of Blair Waldorf’s (played by Leighton Meester) sophisticated winter white look. While playing the supportive girlfriend to Chuck Bass (played by Ed Westwick), Blair accompanied him around the city looking the picture of Upper East City chic wearing an ivory Escada coat over a houndstooth Alexander McQueen blouse, Lanvin cap toe pumps and toting her coveted Valentino bag. We love Blair’s look, but unfortunately, we don’t have her budget! So forget the labels, we found Blair’s head-to-toe look with nothing over $100! Shop Blair’s style from last night here.

Get Kate Hudson’s Cute Coats–For Less!

Flynet; XPosure; INF

To ward off chilly London temps, Kate Hudson, who is in the U.K. to promote her new movie Nine, came prepared with an arsenal of chic, highly covetable outerwear. First, Kate turned up in a sleek black cashmere Jasmine Di Milo number for a shopping trip, only to amp things up for evening in a studded Temperley London jacket worn over an ornate (and color coordinated) black and gold Topshop party dress. Keeping up her cozy-but-glamorous vibe, Kate stepped out the following day for a radio interview in a girly, ruffle hemmed wrap coat, again by Jasmine Di Milo, on top of a pink leopard print shift by Simone. We love all her looks, but can’t exactly afford the same big ticket items as Kate…so we tracked down similar items for far less. Click here to shop for coats like Kate’s.
