Beyoncé has recently gotten into heavy metal–of the legging variety, that is. The singer was spotted making the rounds in N.Y.C. this week, looking extra-edgy in a studded E-label liquid leggings. Instead of shying away from the bold style, the singer ratcheted up the look’s volume with a black motorcycle jacket, Wildfox slogan T-shirt that reads, “Love is Everything” and her favorite Illesteva sunglasses. We’re used to seeing studs on purses, jewelry and even on jackets, but there’s something about seeing them go down the front of pants that make us a little wary of their actual wearability for those of us that aren’t international pop stars. But, hey, maybe that’s just us! Tell us: Would you wear studded leggings like Beyoncé? --Justine Harman

Who doesn’t love wearing leggings? Stretchy, comfy and versatile — they’re a winning style in any wardrobe. But what if you ditched your basic black for a wild pattern? Fergie did just that while vacationing in St. Barts with hunky husband Josh Duhamel over the New Year’s holiday. Sure, her vivid blue swirls make sense for a tropical island getaway, but we’d be willing to guess this adventurous singer would wear these bold bottoms just about anywhere. But could you say the same for yourself? Tell us: Would you wear patterned leggings like Fergie?

Would You Wear Head-to-Toe Red Like Heidi Klum?

Would You Wear Head-to-Toe Red Like Heidi Klum?Johns PkI/Splash News Online

We’re used to Heidi Klum taking fashion risks on and off the red carpet, but when she popped up during New York Fashion Week back in September wearing this bold monochromatic look, we did a double-take! The supermodel and Project Runway host rocked the vibrant scarlet hue from head-to-toe, from her three-piece suit to her heels! We love bold color (and it’s going to be everywhere for spring!), but we wonder: Is this red-hot look a little bit too coordinated, or is it a fun way to play with color? We want to know what you think. Tell us: Would you wear Heidi’s monochromatic look? Vote below!

Would You Wear Spiked Nails Like Fergie?

Would You Wear Talons Like Fergie?Argoimages/JPI

Fergie’s fashion choices are nothing short of edgy, with her sartorial tastes leaning toward the sharp and weapon-like with seriously high stilettos, barbed jewelry and dangerous clothing, in the case of one spike-adorned jacket she wore on the Black Eyed Peas’ last tour. And now it seems the songstress has extended her love of potentially injury-inducing fashion to her nails with these super pointy talons. While we’re a huge fan of the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman and her slightly scary spikes, we’re not so sure everyone will be able to pull off this bold nail shape as flawlessly as Fergie. Tell us: What do you think of Fergie’s super sharp nails? Vote in our poll below!

Would You Wear Bobby Pins Like Diane Kruger?

Would You Wear Bobby Pins Like Diane Kruger? KCSPresse/Splash News Online

Diane Kruger’s adventurous approach to beauty has inspired more than a few winning looks, both on and off the red carpet. It seems like every time the actress steps out, she’s trying out a new lip color or a gorgeous new do. And the style star’s affinity for experimentation extends to hair accessories, from simple black headbands to jewel-encrusted clips. For the premiere of Lily Sometimes in Paris last month, the actress set off her diamond earrings and elegant blonde updo with inexpensive drugstore bobby pins. And while Diane, with her natural good looks and her stunning sense of style, can probably pull off just about any look, including bold black bobby pins, we want to know what you think. Tell us: Do you like Diana’s simple hair accessories? Vote in our poll below!

24 Hour Trend Alert: Winter Florals

Kristin Cavallari, Kristen Bell and Kylie Minogue Wear Winter Florals

A new trend is in bloom! This season, summer’s pervasive prints have been reincarnated into decadent and glamorous oversized florals. On Monday, Australian pop star Kylie Minogue was spotted out and about in London, sporting a kimono-inspired mohair Dolce & Gabbana black overcoat, dotted with pink and white buds. The style must be contagious because that same night, Kristen Bell stepped out for the U.K. premiere of Burlesque in an equally wild Stella McCartney mini dress, which she tempered with merlot satin pumps. The very next evening, reality starlet Kristin Cavallari turned up at the L.A. premiere of Country Strong rocking a coppery floral bodice gown with newly platinum tresses. And while we love the look on our breezy summer frocks, we’re still on the fence about this blooming winter trend. Tell us: What do you think of oversized florals for winter? Justine Harman

TREND ALERT: Winona Ryder, Jessica Alba and Halle Berry Suit Themselves!

It looks like Hollywood stylistas are suiting themselves–literally! Yesterday we asked if you would wear a suit and tie like Leighton Meester did to the Gotham Independent Film Awards. And while our respondents were split down the middle on the trend, A-listers like Winona Ryder, Jessica Alba and Halle Berry, are clearly giving the look a sartorial thumbs up. Ryder, who has dabbled in menswear before, upped the ante last night, arriving at the N.Y.C. premiere of Black Swan in a tuxedo jacket, black oxford, slacks and a blinged-out lariat necklace, while Alba ditched the feminine frocks in favor of a fitted Dolce & Gabbana blazer, and slouch trousers for Footwear News’ 24th annual Achievement Awards. Rounding out Tuesday night’s trifecta was Halle Berry, who selected a jacquard black and gold ’70s-inspired look with a plunging sparkly blouse—all by Balmain. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, menswear is definitely a fall wardrobe staple, but we usually reserve the full-on look for interviews. Tell us: Do you think the look suits Winona, Jessica and Halle? - Justine Harman
