Get Jennifer Garner’s Plaid Trapper Cap

Maryannakis-Mitchell/Splash News Online

Jennifer Garner didn’t need to snuggle up to husband Ben Affleck to keep warm as she strolled around New York City with daughter Violet recently. The Juno actress looked warm and cozy all on her own wearing an updated take on a fur-lined hunters’ hat (reminiscent of one of our all-time favorite Looney Tunes characters, Elmer Fudd). We’ve tracked down the plaid cap so you can fight off winter’s chill just like Jen. Click here to buy her Plaid Trapper cap at hatattack.com, $85.

Gossip Girl: It’s All About Coats!

INF; Michael Swarbrick/INF(2)

From Blake Lively’s Coach boots, to Leighton Meester’s designer dress, Gossip Girl has inspired our fashion choices a lot lately. And now that we’re in the market for a new winter coat, our fave show is providing inspiration again with an abundance of cute outerwear. We’ve got the girls’ looks for real — and for a steal!

Blake rocked Ever’s Los Feliz leather hoodie jacket, $715. Unfortunately, you can only get it in black, as the red was created especially for the show. Or get the look for less with this Lux Stay Golden Bomber, $128.

Taylor Momsen recently wore Lauren Moffatt’s Hooded Toggle Jacket, $541, pairing it with purple tights to really make it pop. If you like Taylor’s toggle coat, try this Esprit Toggle Coat, $142.

Leighton went more mod in Tory Burch’s Mercedes Trench, on sale now for $798 down from $1995. The patent navy blue is the perfect contrast to her red accent pieces. Try this Michael Michael Kors Patent Trench Coat, $199, for a gentler price.

Where Do You Go to Beat the Winter Blues?

Will Binns/James Breeden/Pacific Coast News

The cold weather and dreary days are making us itch for some warm temps and bright sun. But with so many vacation options, we’re having a hard time figuring out where to go. We could spend a relaxing few days off the coast of southern Italy, which seems to have done wonders for Mariah Carey. Or maybe we could lounge on a yacht on the French Riveria like Jay-Z and Beyonce. We’d love to hit the beaches of Hawaii like Kate Walsh and her husband or Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. Who wouldn’t want to spend hours riding waves? But since we don’t have a big vacation budget, we’ll keep dreaming and make sure to save up for next year.Tell us: Where are you planning to go this winter? Are you taking any vacations?
