Nicole Richie celebrated the debut of her maternity line, “Nicole” for A Pea in the Pod, by bumping baby bellies with other pregnant moms in Beverly Hills Thursday night at A Pea in the Pod. “It is completely unreal to have a vision and have it come to life five months later,” she told PEOPLE. “I’m so blessed, I’m so lucky.” Joined by Judy Reyes, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Nicole Sullivan, Jamie Bergman and Gena Lee Nolin, Richie, who is pregnant with her second child with Joel Madden, modeled an outfit from her line — with a twist. “This is a tank from my line but I got it in a bigger size so I can wear it as a dress,” she said of her black tank. “I try to wear whatever is comfortable and whatever fits!” Richie added that she’s been having fun rotating the items from her line into her wardrobe. “I’ve been making an effort to change my clothes a lot and rotate through the pieces,” she says. Her favorite? “I really love the paisley dress, I’m a huge fan of prints and I love the color scheme.” Though she’s in her third trimester, Richie says she has no plans to slow down her fashion enterprises any time soon. “I have my second collection of House of Harlow 1960 [jewelry] coming out in November, and my regular clothing line coming out in Spring 2010 along with my shoe line.” She admits that’s worth the effort, though. “I’ve been working extremely hard,” she says. “It’s amazing.” – Lisa Ingrassia

Nicole Richie is known as known for her boho-chic style as she is for Hollywood pedigree — and with fans like Madonna wearing her House of Harlow 1960 jewelry collection, her design career couldn’t be hotter. Pregnant with her second child (daughter Harlow Winter is 19 months old), the star has signed on to create (and model) a line of maternity clothes with her signature flair for A Pea in the Pod. Richie talked to PEOPLE exclusively about the new line, explaining that the collaboration works because “Pea in the Pod is such a known company for pregnant women. They carry great lines, and so when they asked me to create a line for them, I was really excited and eager to do it.” And being pregnant herself means that Nicole is especially considerate of her customers. “You really feel like you have to change your whole wardrobe. And that’s the last thing a woman wants to go through. So I really tried to make this line to get women excited about wearing clothes.” And while Nicole admits she doesn’t always wear maternity clothes, she definitely thinks the pregnant form should be flaunted! “I think the pregnant body is beautiful, and I think you should show it off,” citing her jean cutoffs as a go-to this pregnancy. As for what to expect in the line, think peasant tops, layering tees, flowing maxidress and braided details. Nicole may have a few months left until she has her second child, but she says of her newest design collection making its debut, “It feels great to see everything come to life. It’s the best feeling in the world to have your visions and dreams coming together. I’m so excited for people to see them. She may have strutted her baby bump down a Brazilian runway just a little over a month ago, but when it comes to her latest ad campaign, Gisele Bundchen’s bump is no where in sight. The supermodel, who is expecting her first baby with husband Tom Brady, shows off her famous body in just a barely-belted, classic London Fog trench coat for the brand’s fall ad campaign. But don’t expect to see a dramatic reveal of the supermodel’s swelling tummy. “Although Gisele was photographed while pregnant, most of the shots have been retouched to respect her privacy during this wonderful and personal time in her life,” Dari Marder Chief Marketing Officer, London Fog revealed in a press release. “Nobody is sexier or more beautiful than Gisele Bundchen in nothing but a London Fog trench coat, even with her visible baby bump,” adds Marder. Make that barely-visible. Gisele’s London Fog ads will debut in October fashion, lifestyle and entertainment magazines as well as on billboards and online. Nicole Richie is no stranger to looking stylish while pregnant! Not only did she look fabulous while expecting daughter Harlow, but she is still rocking her signature boho chic look while pregnant with baby number two on the way. And while Nicole has hinted in the past at expanding her design ventures from just her House of Harlow 1960 collection to clothing and specifically maternity, she took to her blog today to announce that she is designing maternity clothing for A Pea in the Pod and to show some behind the scenes shots from her shoot with star photographer James White. A Pea in the Pod tells PEOPLE that “A Pea in the Pod is excited about their partnership with Nicole Richie and the collection will be available in stores in early August.” We can’t wait to see what Nicole has designed!

Football fan Elisabeth Hasselbeck isn’t letting pregnancy get in the way of her love of the game. Reebok has announced today that they’ve drafted The View host to be the face of a new line of NFL football jerseys — designed specifically for pregnant women. “The NFL has a tremendous amount of female fans,” Elisabeth tells WWD. “Watching a game can be a real family bonding experience, and I can tell you that the women behind the games are truly the most intense of the fans.” The $15 to $17.50 shirts will launch during the fall 2010 football and feature sayings like “#1 Draft pick” and “Kicker” across the belly. As for why Reebok decided to launch the line, Reebok’s NFL women’s product manager explains to WWD, “we realized how women were buying the product, but then we were ignoring them for nine months while they were pregnant,” of the sports fans who often had to purchase men’s shirt to accommodate their growing bumps. Heidi Klum recently told PEOPLE that the secret to her sexy pregnancy style was skipping the maternity clothes, but with baby number 4 on the way, Heidi is turning to Project Runway winner and maternity designer Christian Siriano for a little help looking chic. PEOPLE caught up with Christian at the Modern Bride Trendsetters Awards and got the scoop from him on Heidi’s new maternity look. “She’s all about black,” Christian says. “We made her some pieces from my Fierce Mama Maternity line and she wanted everything in black.” But since it’s Heidi, black is definitely not a boring option — even if it is a little more conservative than the bright colors she usually favors. “I think she’s trying to cover it a little this time,” Christian adds. “She’s getting older and wants to be more sophisticated, not casual. She’s trying to keep it a little quiet.” And though her belly might be getting bigger, Heidi is continuing to take great care of herself physically, according to her trainer David Kirsch, who tells PEOPLE, “Why should she do anything differently? Heidi Klum might be pregnant with her fourth child, but the supermodel shows no sign of giving up her sexy style. The supermodel, who was the host of the LG Rumorous Night in Hollywood to celebrate her new backplate designs for the phone, didn’t let her new baby bump get in the way of looking fabulous. Clad in a flowing one-shoulder dress and sky-high Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Heidi tells PEOPLE that she skips the maternity stores all together. “I love to be creative and find cute things in between,” she says. “It’s about finding good shapes. Cool tops. Right now for example, I love the skinny pants and blousier tops, and then when I get bigger, I like to bring the form back to the body. Then I like to show it off.” Heidi credits Balenciaga’s black jeans as her go-to pair during pregnancy. “They are super stretchy, and they are not very high, so you can kind of fit them under the belly. The bump on top can still grow.” Though Heidi has her super-star stylist to help her find the right looks for Project Runway and other red carpet appearances, Heidi sticks to a harder look for everyday wear. “I love the lumberjacks and the ripped jeans. They are comfortable. I love over-sized t-shirts and jeans.” Pregnant or not, we think Heidi always looks fantastic. With all the stars making the rounds for N.Y.C. Fashion Week, the fashion flock is getting even more jaded than usual. But despite the dazzling gowns at Marchesa, all eyes were definitely on nine-months-pregnant (with twins!) Jennifer Lopez, looking as gorgeous as any of the models in her own silky teal Marchesa dress that highlighted off her growing belly. Sure, she looks fantastic, but how’s pregnancy really treating her? “I’m feeling good,” the almost-due singer tells PEOPLE of her decision to check out the new collection along with husband Marc Anthony. “I haven’t gone out a lot for the past few months”, she admits, “but Marchesa has been incredibly good to me. They are just amazing!” And while most moms-to-be stick to comfort wear, the always-glam Jennifer says sweats are not an option. “People make fun of me because when I do have them over to my house I do have a dress on,” she laughs. “I don’t like the way the sweats look with the extra weight. I like to feel good about myself even at home.” And while the singer won’t be able to wear any of Marchesa’s red carpet confections anytime soon, she does have her eye on a few special looks. But, Lopez admits “Right now the best thing I can do for myself, for my body is to keep resting which is not easy for me. I like keeping busy and it is very hard because if they say ‘be off your feet for four hours a day’, I’m like ‘oh, God!’ It’s hard.” If she looks this good at nine months, we can’t wait to see her back in action!

It seems Christina Aguilera is already passing on her love of great shoes to her new baby boy Max Liron. The singer and her husband may have kept quiet on the sex of the baby but certainly kept themselves busying buying blue goodies. She told PEOPLE “I am not good at finding bargains. We can’t say enough how amazing Halle Berry looks pregnant — although we imagine we’ve got a few more oohs and ahs before she’s due. Christina Aguilera is not the only famous mom-to-be getting into baby mode. Just last week Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry stopped by another celeb-favorite baby boutique to get their baby registry in order. The actress, who is loving being pregnant, and her model boyfriend spent over an hour shopping at Petit Tresor. The couple picked out gender-neutral items including a fairy tale theme for the nursery that would consist of custom painted murals and custom matching furniture and bedding. Among other things they picked up for their future girl or boy were this Kaloo Activity Book, a Chime Bell Ball, a cashmere Alvin & Sparky puppy and this Lily Binkie blanket. Halle also picked up two diaper bags for herself, this bigger black and white Mia Bossi one and a smaller white leather one by Fleurville. All we know is that this is going to be one beautiful and stylish baby!
