Get excited: We have our first Fashion Faceoff of the Royal Tour. The white Zimmerman dress Duchess Catherine wore for a busy day of events Friday — including a stop at the Royal Easter Show and a trip to Sydney, Australia’s famed Manly Beach — has also been spotted on a big time Hollywood A-lister.

The eyelet “Roamer Day” frock is from the Australian label’s Summer 2014 collection, and Aussie actress Naomi Watts wore the exact same design in a recent ad campaign for Jacobs Creek Wine. See the shot below. Read More

Kate Gets Wrapped Up in the Perfect Print Diane von Furstenberg Dress (Which Already Sold Out, of Course)

Earlier this year, Diane von Furstenberg celebrated the 40th anniversary of her iconic wrap dress. Now the designer has cause to celebrate again. On Thursday, Duchess Catherine wore the DVF “Patrice” dress when she and Prince William traveled to Australia’s Blue Mountains to visit with residents of an area affected by devastating brushfires last fall.

Unfortunately for those who already have out their credit cards, the Ikat-print cotton dress, which retails for $325, sold out less than 10 minutes after Kate’s appearance, which is not surprising. Read More

No sweats and sneakers for this international traveler! The Duchess of Cambridge spent part of the three-hour flight from Wellington to Sydney changing from a chic blue suit into a sunny yellow dress to kick off the Australian leg of the Royal Tour.

The Duchess started her day in a “Sparkle Tweed” jacket and matching skirt by New Zealand-born designer Rebecca Taylor (which she paired with black Alexander McQueen pumps) for a visit to the Royal New Zealand Police College. Fashion followers will remember that Kate first wore the ensemble to a reception for the Scott-Amundsen Centenary Race in April 2012. Read More

Whitney Port Shows You How to Pull Off a 'Cali Casual' Look (Plus, Get the Hair to Match)

Apr/16/2014 at 09:00 AM ET

Maybe it’s all that Coachella style, but we have California style on the brain right now. So it’s perfect that Whitney Port is giving some fashion inspiration for a “Cali Casual” outfit.

In her latest Drab To Fab video with Joico, Port shares her dressing tips with viewers for a laid-back look that is perfect for this time of year.

“It’s dressed up in a really dressed down kind of way,” Port says of the perforated chambray collared top and matching snakeskin lounge pant (both from her Whitney Eve line), which she teams with an on-trend cuff. As for the glossy undone curls, you’ll have to watch the clip above to find out hairstylist Damien Carney’s secrets. (Hint: It involves a great dry shampoo you might want to add to your beauty arsenal.)

Port is no strange to the loose beachy wave, and she’s totally an air-dry type of girl. “I kind of wash it and let it air dry and let it down, with a slight side part,” Port told PEOPLE of her go-to hairstyle. “For more of a red carpet look it always varies on what I’m wearing, but recently I’ve been liking a sleek long straight pony and the wet look. Very simple.”

Correction to the headline above: Emma Stone‘s Amazing Spider-Man style tour proves a few things about the star. Her hair is perfect. Her skin is flawless. The Royal Tour: Kate Wears a Favorite Design by New Zealand-Born Emilia Wickstead, Then Switches Into Jeans

Look familiar? During a visit to the city of Dunedin, New Zealand Kate wore an aquamarine coat dress that looked strikingly similar to a pink frock she wore (twice!) last spring.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s dress — which she paired with a matching hat by milliner Jane Taylor and the fern brooch she wore when she landed in Wellington on the first day of the Royal Tour — was a sartorial tribute to her host country and to one of her favorite designers, New Zealand-born Emilia Wickstead. (We predicted a rewear of the pink dress, but leave it to Kate to keep us on our toes.)

Kate’s latest look marks the first time she’s worn a dress by designer with a Kiwi connection on the Royal Tour. Wickstead, whose eponymous label is London-based, also created one of Kate’s most memorable maternity dresses.

“She is making everybody want to dress up a little bit more even if you are a young girl,” the designer told PEOPLE after the debut of her Spring/Summer 2014 collection at London Fashion Week last September. “And I think that’s great and really exciting — I’m a true believer in dressing up and making an effort.”

Later in the day, Kate changed into skinny jeans and a waffle knit sweater by Jonathan Saunders to attend the Regal Rippa Rugby Day at Dunedin’s Forsyth Barr Stadium (and to help coach a team of little kids – cue the awws!) And finally, she did a variation on “The Kate” (blue Zara blazer, striped shirt, skinny jeans, wedges) by swapping in a checked shirt to tour a vineyard. And she may have put pregnancy speculation to rest by sampling the vineyard’s wares. Also on the docket? A personally-embroidered life vest for a white-water rafting trip.

Which is your favorite of Kate’s recent outfits? Do you love that she’s getting her favorite dresses in multiple colors?

Fashionistas the world over admire the Duchess of Cambridge’s style choices. But she had one high-profile fashion critic during her stop in Cambridge, New Zealand Saturday: her husband, Prince William.

Wearing a green coat by Erdem for a series of engagements on their royal tour, she was cheered by a huge crowd of 15,000 well-wishers. Among them was Bev Hayes, 68, who met Kate. “I complimented her on her green dress. She said she liked it but Prince William thought it was a bit bright,” Hayes said.
