None of the Spice Girls dressed for their nicknames on Tuesday (well, maybe Posh), but they certainly spiced up the red carpet premiere of their new musical, Viva Forever!, in London.

Melanie Brown — Scary Spice — selected a sparkly gown with a high slit, while Sporty Spice, Melanie Chisholm, wore a structured gray mini. Ginger Spice, Geri Halliwell, pulled out a light-blue princess-like gown, and Baby Spice, Emma Bunton, chose a black mini covered up with a lacy blue overlay.

Even if you’re an assistant, you’ll feel (and look) like the CEO if you step into the office wearing Victoria Beckham‘s super-chic outfit on Monday morning.

Beckham puts a feminine and sexy spin on the traditional skirt suit in a black-and-orange ensemble.

She wears a cropped blazer (we found one for $22) and matching skirt (like this, just $40 from American Eagle) with a silky black button-up and some seriously killer open-toe booties (similar to this $99 pair). Altogether, you can emulate her look without a CEO’s salary.

The designer opts for a ponytail and nude lip, both of which are very office-appropriate. But we recommend swapping her gold clutch for a more business-like structured handbag. Tell us: What do you think about Beckham’s outfit?
