The lovebirds — currently expecting their third child — toasted their fifth anniversary on Saturday with some super-sweet gifts, including a stunning Art Nouveau Neil Lane ring for Spelling. McDermott worked with Lane — just like he has on every anniversary — to choose the sparkler, presenting it to his wife during a rendezvous. (According to Spelling’s Twitter feed, she built her husband his gift, a wood bench that reads “Grow Old With Me …”) The couple completed their celebration with a shopping trip through L.A., topped off with a nine-course tasting at hotspot Scarpetta and a romantic night in a luxe Hollywood hotel. The next morning, Spelling was fêted again, this time for Mother’s Day: the reality star got a Goyard weekend bag from her hubby, and flowers from kids Liam, 4, and Stella, 2½. Another anniversary, another wedding ring for Tori Spelling. In keeping with their own special tradition of a new wedding band for every anniversary, Dean McDermott presented his wife with this new Neil Lane sparkler for their fourth wedding anniversary as they renewed their vows over the weekend. Just like in previous years, Dean paid the star-favorite jeweler a visit to collaborate on the perfect ring for Tori. “As always, working with Dean is so special. His sincerity and commitment so apparent, coming up with new ring ideas every anniversary is lots of fun,” Lane tells PEOPLE exclusively. As a mom to two kids, reality show star, author and budding children’s designer, Tori Spelling has her well-manicured hands full — but the beauty-maven took a little time out recently to talk with PEOPLE TV about getting pretty. I grew up in Texas like Ashlee, and I dote on my pug like Tori — it evens turns out that I own the same adorable paisley Free People velvet tunics as they do. But, that (and my non-celeb status) is where the similarities end. Both Ashlee and Tori treat this piece like a dress, just wearing it over tights — while I pair mine with leggings or jeans, because it is simply too short to wear with stockings! If I bent over in my dress without something very opaque on underneath, I would risk some very indecent exposure. My hat off to these ladies if they have figured out something about keeping covered in a micro-mini that I haven’t (and kudos to Tori for not just sticking to maternity wear). We’ve seen Tori switch up her maternity style from hippy to vampy, but now she’s testing out baby-like accessories — this time, taking her dog out for a spin in a stroller! While out walking with husband Dean McDermott and two other pooches (who walked on the ground), Tori pushed her pug Mimi La Rue in a mesh-sided stroller.
