One of the benefits of being a Hollywood starlet is getting your hands on designer duds before they hit store racks. And the much-anticipated Jimmy Choo for H&M line is no exception. Clad in sparkling black and leather looks from the yet-to-be-seen collection, stars like Hayden Panettiere, Kate Walsh, Paris and Nicky Hilton, Whitney Port, Rashida Jones, Olivia Wilde, Diablo Cody and more celebrated the impending launch of the designer collaboration. “I wanted to create looks that women could go out to holiday parties, and events in,” Tamara Mellon, Jimmy Choo founder and president, tells PEOPLE at the party, which featured a performance by rapper M.I.A. “My aesthetic is to always have a rock and roll edge.” Though this line will come with a much lower price tag than the high fashion heels the brand is known for, Diablo Cody tells PEOPLE that the name still makes her think luxe. “I think about stilettos, I think about beautiful fabrics, and I think about money that I shouldn’t have spent,” says the Oscar-winning screenplay writer for Juno. From studded sandals and hot pink clutches to velvet tuxedo jackets and high-waisted leather leggings, it looks like Hollywood’s leading ladies are loving Jimmy Choo for H&M just as much as the luxury shoe line–and so are we! Halloween might be the perfect excuse to get sexy in a short and tight get-up — but don’t think that the ladies were the only ones getting in on the action this year. The Fifi fragrance award-winner has just announced that she is adding a sixth scent to her perfume empire. Siren by Paris Hilton is a tropical floral fragrance with notes of vanilla bean and creamy musk produced through Parlux Fragrances. Paris Hilton is never shy about changing up her look — especially when it comes to hair. But while the famous blonde constantly shifts between updos and loose hair, ponytails, chignons and shag dos — to name just a few of the styles she’s shown off in the past couple months only — one thing usually remains the same: her love of sexy volume and length. That’s why we were surprised to see the heiress turn up at InStyle’s Golden Globes after party last night with this short and sleek bob, which reminds us of a cut she had in her teenage years. A little rain didn’t stop the fashionistas from celebrating the unveiling of the D&G flagship store on Robertson Boulevard, benefiting Art of Elysium. Lauren Conrad planned ahead for the chilly night. “I wanted to wear tights, so I asked for a mini.” she tells PEOPLE of her black chiffon cocktail dress, which she paired with a Top Shop hair bow. Conrad says she has yet to decrease her shopping budget. “For me I’m cutting back everywhere except for shopping. I think being a designer I want to continue to support them right now. I think it’s a really scary time but if people stop spending it’s only going to get worse.” Jennifer Morrison, in a black velvet mini cocktail frock, had her own strategy to keep from shopping. “I’m trying not to look. I’ve already spent way more money in D&G stores than I ever should!” she says. But the 6,136-square-foot store contained plenty of temptation for the House actress. “In here they have space to really show the whole collection, which is so nice,” Morrison says. And Ginnifer Goodwin, also in all black, pointed out the “convenient” location. “Robertson definitely has its own following as a street. It’s a younger, hipper Rodeo,” says the actress, who chatted with host Rachel Bilson inside. Sister act Paris and Nicky Hilton chatted and happily posed for photos on the red carpet. D&G devotees also included some men, like Danny Masterson, who spun tunes under his moniker DJ Momjeans; Corbin Bleu, who chatted with Rumer Willis; Joel Madden, who hung tight with girlfriend Nicole Richie; and Golden Globe nominee Kevin Connolly who wants the fashion house to dress him for the big day. “It’s already a done deal. Joel and Benji Madden celebrated the opening of their first DCMA Collective store, which Joel described as “another baby” to PEOPLE, with their ladies by their side — Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton respectively. And while Nicole chose to wear a clingy vintage gown, Paris chose to support the boys’ endeavor. The star, who’s been wearing the line since she started dating Benji last month, customized her outfit for the night. “I made this! I took a shirt and cut it off and I glued all these crystals on right before I came here. It took like an hour. Paris Hilton has never lacked star-struck admirers, but it looks like the Simple Life star may just be her own biggest fan — at least if recent wardrobe choices are anything to go on. The heiress showed up at this week’s Sundance Film Festival wearing a baby pink t-shirt emblazoned with a stylized drawing of herself. And it’s not the first time she made us see double. Just months earlier we spotted the reality-TV star sporting another tee with Warhol-esque silk screen of her own image. We have to admit, it takes some guts to pull off this look, but we want to know what you think.
