Miley Cyrus and Max Azria are back for seconds with Walmart! And their latest collaboration with the retailer is heating up store shelves just in time for summer. Newly released promo shots for the line have Miley playing model for the flirty assortment of short-shorts, skinny jeans, and tiny rompers–all which take their fashion cues from the stylish teenage star. Given the line’s affordable prices (a studded pinstriped romper is a steal at $16), it’s safe to say that tweens everywhere will be clamoring for the pieces during summer vacation. EXCLUSIVE: The Inside Dish on Miley Cyrus’s ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ Look

Miley Cyrus is literally shedding her good girl image in the steamy new video for her single “Can’t Be Tamed.” Donning a sexy set of wings and a $25,000 metal corset custom-made by The Blonds, a caged Miley readily takes on the role of a rare bird. Celebrity makeup artist Denika Bedrossian, who created the starlet’s wild look, tells PEOPLE exclusively, “Our inspiration for the video was exotic endangered birds breaking out of their cages; lots of sexy, dark, exotic feathers.” To achieve Miley’s untamed look, Bedrossian focused on the eyes, applying rich jewel-toned shadows. “I used a lot of emerald green, turquoise and black to create a deep peacock eye,” says Bedrossian, who used vivid eye color from MAC and The Balm to stand out against Miley’s fair skin. And to add extra dimension to Miley’s eyes, Bedrossian applied lashes with real feather tips for an authentic bird-like feel. Though Miley’s new look is more grown-up than we are used to, Bedrossian tells us that the songstress helped conceptualize the dramatic change. “We all collaborated together to create a gothic, edgy, yet feminine bird. RUMOR PATROL: Miley Cyrus’s Sister Noah is NOT Turning Fashion Designer

Sorry kids. Miley is still the only fashion designer in the Cyrus family. Despite recent reports, the Hannah Montana star’s 9-year-old little sister, Noah, is not working with children’s clothing company Ooh! La, La! Couture to create a line of kid-friendly fashions. “Noah has worn their tutus in the past but she is not involved with that clothing line,” a rep for Cyrus tells PEOPLE. The real designer behind the new Oh! La, La! collection is actually Noah’s best friend, actress Emily Grace Reaves, who had a small role in Hannah Montana: The Movie. And no — it’s not a line of kids lingerie as some blogs have erroneously reported. The Emily Grace Collection will debut in stores this month and offer kids and teens “sweet, yet edgy” clothing, including a leopard-print dress, according to a company press release. –Michelle Tan
