Lupita Nyong’o‘s style is out of this world.
All eyes were on the intergalactic beauty as she led her A-list cast at the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiere on Monday held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
Nyong’o – who plays Maz Kanata in the seventh installment – sparkled in a stunning Alexandre Vauthier gown and accessorized in over 30 carats of Chopard jewels including a pear-shaped emerald and diamond ring as well as breathtaking fancy-cut diamond earrings.
“I thought I’d bring the galaxy with me,” the actress told reporters during the red carpet live stream. To top off her mesmerizing ensemble, the 32-year-old Oscar winner wore Christian Louboutin heels.
Nyong’o was definitely in fashionable company as costar Daisy Ridley chose a custom Chloé silk dress and Christian Louboutin Rivierina pumps for her first major red carpet event.
The 23-year-old British actress looked elegant in her backless white dress that featured a delicate tiered skirt cast in hand embroidered polka dot tulle and a Chantilly lace bodice.
Gwendoline Christie a.k.a. Captain Phasma was the chicest Stormtrooper of all wearing custom Oscar de la Renta, custom Manolo Blahnik heels and Fred Leighton jewelry.
While the ladies slayed the red carpet, the men did not disappoint either. Harrison Ford, Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac were all sharply dressed gentlemen as was John Boyega, who looked dapper in a purple Versace suit and Cartier accessories.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters Dec. 18.
