While skimming our social media outlets today, we noticed that all of the things we clicked on seemed to connect one way or another. You may think that Marc Jacobs has nothing to do with Nick Cannon (and Marc might think so too) — but you’re mistaken! Just to make sure didn’t miss some of the major moments on Instagram and Twitter today, we rounded em up and made the connections just so you can see how small (say, six degrees apart) the fashion world actually is.

Now that warmer weather is finally on its way, wintry nail polish hues (think black, navy and wine) are making their red carpet exits — and making room for new hues. Our favorite of the latest crop: this pale blue hue, which seems to have popped up overnight. And Hollywood’s leading ladies are (sorry, we have to) nailing it! Check out three looks we’re loving and let us know which shade you’re into.

We had so many questions for Girls‘ lead hairstylist Sherry Heart, we couldn’t fit them all into a 20-minute interview. (Literally, we had to cut our list in half!) Luckily, she was game to share a whole lot about what goes on in the beauty department on set of the hit HBO show, from Shoshanna’s tricked-out mane to Jessa’s hippie tresses.

“My all time favorite hair moment from this season was from episode three when Hannah has a birthday party,” Heart told PEOPLE (see photo above for the looks!). “I was able to do everyone that day — all four girls and other people who were in the scene. I did everyone like they were going to an artsy Williamsburg [Brooklyn] party. It was a lot of fun turning out that much hair that day, and to be creative as I wanted to be. They were all very open to my creative ideas.”

While her Girls character Marnie is still reeling from a bad breakup, Allison Williams’s love life is pretty perfect right now. The actress recently got engaged to boyfriend of three years, CollegeHumor.com’s Ricky Van Veen, and is still basking in the excitement. (And with a gorgeous sparkler like that one at left, we don’t blame her.)

So how have her costars been celebrating the happy news? Show creator Lena Dunham is busy planning a prank!

“Lena has already threatened to hide my engagement ring, which I really hope she doesn’t do,” Williams told PEOPLE Thursday at the Television Academy’s Girls event in North Hollywood, Calif.. “She’s like, ‘We’re gonna have to find ways to hide it while we’re shooting.’ I was like, ‘Okay, then I’m going to hide it on part of my body that you can’t see.’ I know she’s obviously kidding.”

And when her wedding day eventually comes, Dunham and the rest of the cast will definitely be on the list. As for setting a date, Williams said she’s not there yet. Read More

Lena Dunham's Vogue Cover: Watch a Cute Video Of Her Getting Schooled in the Art of Supermodel Posing

Lena Dunham may not have been stressed about the internet reaction to her Vogue cover (for the record, we loved it), but prepping for it? That’s a totally different story.

In this original short film, shot for Vogue by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, Dunham calls up the magazine’s international editor-at-large Hamish Bowles for a little help learning the ins and outs of taking a perfect photo. He quickly catches her up to speed on the different schools of supermodel posing, from Cindy to Naomi to Dovima to Twiggy. And before long, the two are hitting their marks to music — though some poses are easier for Dunham to hit than others.

PHOTOS: Obsessed or hot mess? Vote on these daring celeb styles!

Watch the cute video below (and try not to smile while the unlikely duo get silly) and tell us: What do you think of Dunham’s cover? Should she have given it a little more Gisele or Veruschka?
