Jan/08/2016 at 10:19 PM ET

Kirsten Dunst makes pairing feminine and floral look so easy.

The Fargo star stunned at the 2016 AFI Awards held inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Friday.

Dunst, 33, looked effortlessly chic in her semi-sheer knee-length design from Valentino’s Resort 2016 collection.

The delicate floral detailing on her pleated skirt matched perfectly with her Olgana heels covered in pale decorative accents.

At the soiree, the actress proudly represented her FX show, which was chosen among the top 10 TV programs along with Mad Men and Empire.

Up next for Dunst is the Golden Globes where she is nominated for best actress in the category of Limited Series or TV Movie for her role as Midwestern beautician Peggy Blomquist in Fargo.
