When we saw these photos of Kelly Osbourne doing graffiti with Justin Bieber, our first thought was, “Oh, how nice.” But upon taking a closer look, we had a more dramatic reaction. Could it be possible that the E! host cut her hair and we’re just noticing now?

Kelly Osbourne is having a change of heart — and no, we’re not talking about her fiancé. The star is tired of her tats and has made the painful decision to get some of them removed.

“Not looking forward to this afternoon… I’m getting my first tattoo removal! Its going to burn like the snap of 1000 rubber bands!” Osbourne Tweeted of the process.

What is she getting removed? The E! Fashion Police co-host is starting with the keyboard tattoo on her right forearm. We wonder if Joan Rivers had anything to do with her decision to ditch the tats, or whether she wants to be ink-free for her upcoming nuptials to Matthew Mosshart.

“I did the crime I am now doing the time! #NoPainNoGain!” Osbourne posted on Instagram along with a video of the actual removal. And to her credit, she appears to be taking it like a champ. Read More

3 Things Kelly Osbourne Wants You to Know About Her Clothing Line

At the beginning of September, Kelly Osbourne revealed that she is in the midst of designing a plus-size-friendly clothing line. So when we spoke with the co-host of E!’s Fashion Police exclusively after she hosted the American Express livestream of the Rebecca Minkoff show on Friday in New York City, we jumped at the opportunity to ask her for more details. Here’s what we learned:

1. The clothes will be bigger, yes, but not more expensive. “First thing I want to make very clear: I’m not just doing a plus-size line. I’m doing a line for every girl that goes past a size 10. In my research, I’ve found that the prices go up after size 10 and that really hurts my heart — it’s not fair! So with my line, the size 2 will be the same price as the size 24. Yes, there’s more fabric and yes, it costs more to make, but it will be the same price for every girl that wants to wear it, end of story.”

If Kelly Osbourne Designed Plus-Size Clothes, Would You Buy Them?

As Kelly Osbourne has steadily become more and more of a fashion presence (hosting E!’s Fashion Police, appearing on red carpets all over the globe, picking a signature hair hue), we figured a celebrity clothing line couldn’t be far off.

What we didn’t expect was that it would be a plus-size-friendly celebrity clothing line.

The star, who famously went through public weight struggles before permanently slimming down in 2010, let slip to Fashionista.com that her upcoming clothing line (surprise! It’s happening!) will be all-inclusive.

“I was having fun but no one takes notice of a fat girl in fashion,” she says of her experiences at a heavier weight. “That’s the truth! It’s sad. That’s why I love women like Beth Ditto who are doing their own clothes. That’s why when my line comes out I’ll never make anything that won’t be translated to plus-size as well. Because everyone deserves to wear fashion.”

She is totally tight-lipped about any details in the interview, confessing only that the line is underway. But we can’t say we’re surprised that Osbourne, who has transformed herself from punk princess to fashion-savvy star, is already planning on fashion world domination.

Tell us: Would you check out Kelly Osbourne’s fashion line? What do you think about her plans to do plus-size?

Kelly Osbourne Has Bangs!

Kelly Osbourne debuted a brand new hair look Thursday afternoon and here’s the most shocking news: It had nothing to do with her hair color. The star took to Instagram to share a picture of her new blunt bangs.

And while her past mane changes (namely the time she went gray-lavender) drew haters (including her mom Sharon), she’s got nothing but love for her new fringe. And fans seem to agree.

“Just cut a fringe aka bangs what do you guys think? I love them!!!” Osbourne said in the caption accompanying her Instagram shot. The post quickly got a ton of likes (the count hit over 10,000 just half an hour after she posted the selfie).

Fierce, fab, beautiful and amaze were some of the words her followers used to describe Osbourne’s new look in the comments.

But we want to know what you think of Osbourne’s bangs. Are they fierce and fab or do you wish she’d never gone near the scissors?
