Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel: Husband and Wife or ... Twins?

Last night, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake appeared to be very, um, in sync: The married couple wore totally matching suit ensembles to the premiere of Timberlake’s new movie, Runner Runner, in Las Vegas (see top left photo). And by totally matching, by the way, we mean totally matching: The two both chose to not get their full suit and tie on and opt for a tie-less look, and they also styled their hair in similar slicked-back ‘dos. They even wore matching black shiny shoes.

They went straight for the twin win during London Fashion Week in February, too, as seen in the middle picture. Both of them sported silky blue blazers at the Tom Ford show and even posed with matching flutes of champers, leaving us no choice but to a) conclude that they must have had a “what should we wear and drink tonight” convo before the event and b) ask the universe why, oh why, we were not flies on the wall during that undoubtedly epic exchange.

And finally, it must be noted that Timberlake and Biel’s twinning approach is not limited to the red carpet — they also have matching street style, as evidenced in the top-right photo. The two are taking a downtown stroll through N.Y.C. basically looking like they popped out of the same womb in long jackets, jeans, sunglasses and black boots. Heck, even their strides match!

So, what’s our grand conclusion about JT and JB’s matchy-matchy style? We’re still not totally sure. But this much we know is true: The couple that dresses together, stays together.

What do you think about their matching ensembles? Do you think it’s cute or should they vary it up? Would you ever twin it up with your boyfriend?

4 Throwback Denim Styles We Won't Be Trying at Home

A lot of thought went into our 3rd Annual Denim Awards, featured in the October issue of PEOPLE StyleWatch (on stands now!). Staffers tried on more than 500 pairs of jeans to narrow down the selection to 38 of the best, most flattering styles. And while you’re sure to find tons of awesome, wearable denim in the issue, there are four types of jeans you most definitely won’t find in the pages of the October issue: these throwback looks.

We don’t think you should emulate these denim looks, but we do think these photos will be perfect for your next #ThrowbackThursday post. (Just because we wouldn’t wear these jeans doesn’t mean we wouldn’t double-tap the pics.)

1. That time that Britney Spears (in a denim maxi) and Justin Timberlake (in denim-on-denim-on-denim-on-denim) swam to the 2001 AMAs together in a sea of blue. Their matchy-matchy ensembles were such a fashion mishap, it’s hard to believe how much progress JT has made on the style front since then.
2. Jessica Simpson’s infamous “mom jeans” that she busted out in 2009. At least she realized her mistake, as she later told Oprah that the high-waisted moment was a major low point in her life.
3. Miley Cyrus’s LSD denim — i.e. her “least sexy denim” acid-washed jeans. She wore them in February 2012 … right before her infamous Salvia situation. Just saying.
4. Rihanna’s mechanic jumpsuit, which she trotted out last summer. We’re happy to report that the singer has since moved on to new forms of denim such as overalls.

So, now that we’ve finished our stroll down denim memory lane, be sure to check out our People StyleWatch Denim Shop on GILT to score exclusive discounts on the outstanding jeans featured in the issue.

And let us know: Which of these throwback denim looks do you hope never comes back into style?

Now that we can think clearly again after the adrenaline-pumping, man-crush-inducing amazingness that was the ‘NSYNC performance at the VMAs, we realized that we still have a Very Important Question: How come they didn’t go huge and bust out the famed cornrows that we all came to know and love?

So we checked in with Amy Komorowski, men’s celebrity hair stylist for AXE Hair, who styled their hair for the VMAs. She gave us all the exclusive scoop on their style situation at the show. And while she couldn’t comment on the cornrows going MIA (womp), she did explain how the five members’ hair styles have evolved over the years.

Justin Timberlake's New Style Sidekick: Tom Ford

He was the man behind the dapper clothes in Justin Timberlake‘s “Suit & Tie” lyric video, he created JT’s SAG Awards look (left) and now Tom Ford is having a major hand in the design of the superstar’s upcoming album, The 20/20 Experience.

According to a release from the fashion house, the designer has signed on to collaborate with Timberlake to create “redefined style” for his new CD. The two men worked closely together to design eveningwear, suiting, shirts, ties, shoes and accessories that will “be a focal point” of the singer’s third solo project. So essentially, it sounds like Tom Ford is Timberlake’s new stylist. (And that Timberlake may be looking to expand his triple-threat portfolio to include modeling).

“I adore Justin. He has innate style and enormous talent,” Ford says in a statement. “It has been such a pleasure and honor to work with him throughout this creative process.”
