Why Stars Are Gushing Over Marni for H&M

If the stars’ adoration for the new Marni for H&M collection is any indication, the pretty skirts, dresses and separates are going to sell out in no time. Gathering at the Sowden House in Los Feliz, Calif., over the weekend, several stylish celebrities sang the praises of the line, out March 8.

“I love that it’s accessible and affordable,” Drew Barrymore told reporters. “I mean, bottom line, I want to get a bag of clothes for the price of one garment. That’s what shopping is all about for me.”

Mila Jovovich, a friend of Marni designer Consuelo Castiglioni, said she’s “always respected” the brand. “Everyone loves Marni’s prints, everyone loves Marni’s cuts,” she said. “They really know how to bring the best out of a woman. It’s classic, beautifully shaped … it’s almost like rock ‘n’ roll Jackie O.”

Dianna Agron and Jessica Chastain were also on hand to fete the brand, as was Freida Pinto, who might make her way to her local H&M come March 8. “I wouldn’t go out always and buy a designer dress,” she told reporters. “But I do shop at H&M, so it’s nice for me to know that I can have an H&M Marni, and not just a Marni — which would burn a hole in my pocket!” Check out the entire Marni for H&M lookbook on the Huffington Post.

Hollywood’s small-screen stars are looking bangin’ these days — and it’s not just because of their sleek summer outfits.

Jennifer Love Hewitt, Dianna Agron and Cobie Smulders all cut heavy bangs recently, possibly signaling the start of a hair trend we haven’t seen it a while. Hewitt debuted her new look on Thursday at the premiere of her latest film, Café, after taking to Twitter to share her latest style with fans. “Fun, right?” she asked.

Agron’s bangs appeared earlier in the summer, after the Glee star chopped her long blonde locks. “I’ve probably cut and trimmed it six times and it’s changing slightly every time but I love it,” she told PEOPLE in July. Then on Saturday, How I Met Your Mother star Smulders stepped out at an event in Anaheim, Calif., sporting heavy brunette bangs that skimmed her eyebrows — a departure from her usual bang-less look.

Pink lady alert! Glee star Dianna Agron stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday with a bright new hot pink hair hue. The actress — who chopped her hair in May and has since shaped it into a shaggy bob — had just finished a week of promoting her new film, Glee: The 3D Concert Movie, and had returned to set with her castmates.

Agron, who told PEOPLE that she hopes she can keep her short locks for the show, joins a growing number of celebrities who’ve colored their hair in recent weeks. Kate Bosworth debuted blue dip-dyed strands last week, after Lauren Conrad started the trend (before that, Conrad had tried multi-colored ends, too). After more than a month of experimentation — she went from black to “ginger” to blondeKaty Perry stepped out with lavender hair. And earlier this week, Sienna Miller showed off some subtle peach-tinged tresses in Ibiza, Spain.

With so many stars channeling the colors of the rainbow these days, we want to know: Which star’s colorful hairstyle is your favorite?

After chopping her long blonde locks in May in favor of a shorter, edgier cut, Dianna Agron is still perfecting the style. “I’ve probably cut and trimmed it six times and it’s changing slightly every time but I love it,” the Glee actress told PEOPLE Thursday night at The Ella Moss 10th Anniversary Party in Los Angeles. Agron said she’d “been dying to [cut her hair] for so long,” but her bosses may not be quite as excited about the look. When asked if her cheerleader alter ego, Quinn Fabray, will be sporting the new do when Glee returns to FOX this fall, Agron didn’t have an answer. “It’s up to [Glee creator] Ryan [Murphy] and where Quinn goes this year,” she said. “It’s much more Dianna, but we will see.” Tell us: Do you think Agron should keep the cut?Michelle Ward

Dianna Agron On Her “Eclectic” Style and Beauty Blunders

Dianna Agron may be known for playing the prim Quinn Fabray on Glee, but in real life, the star is far from the pretty-princess type. In a candid interview with Stylelist.com, she details the triumphs and tribulations that have defined her style evolution thus far. From overplucked eyebrows that were “too far apart in the middle,” to a failed stint as a self-made redhead, Dianna tried it all before finally simplifying her beauty routine. “Just drinking water and washing your face are both so important,” she says. And the actress admits that she’s thrilled to leave her Glee character’s cheerleading uniform behind for her new role as Sarah in the movie I am Number Four. “[H]er style was very eclectic and kind of bohemian artist,” she explains. “My style is eclectic as well.” But Agron doesn’t take all the credit for her celebrated off-set ensembles. “I am lucky to have an amazing stylist and amazing hair and makeup people,” she demurs. “I just sit back and let them do the work.” To read more about the star’s must-haves and next moves, check out the complete interview on Stylelist.com.–Justine Harman
