What Do You Think of Christina Aguilera’s Haute Headpieces?

Christina Aguilera Voice HatsNBC (4)

Christina Aguilera has worn many hats on this season’s The Voice, and not just figuratively (balancing judging, coaching and bickering with contestant Tony Lucca).

On Tuesday night’s semi-final results episode, the singer sported yet another headpiece, donning a Princess Jasmine-inspired crystal-fringed necklace worn as a headband (bottom left) by Martin Bernstein. She paired it with an American Apparel dress, a black Balmain motorcycle jacket and Loree Rodkin hoop earrings.

On Monday’s episode, Aguilera made an equally stunning statement in a crystal skull tiara by Butler and Wilson (bottom right). But even though she topped off her look with a regal accessory, the rest of her ensemble was far from demure: she skipped pants, and opted for a black peplum Alexander McQueen jacket, American Apparel short-shorts, fishnets and Christian Louboutin boots.

All About Christina Aguilera’s Toned-Down Look

Christina Aguilera appeared on The Voice‘s first live elimination show Tuesday night looking soft, subtle and sexy — just the way we like her! The noticeably slimmer mentor ditched her harsher hair color and often-heavy makeup, opting for a much simpler routine.

“Our glam look all revolved around the color of my dress,” Aguilera writes on her website. “I thought it was fresh and bright and I wanted to be sure my hair and makeup complemented the color, rather than clashed with it.”

To balance the marigold Roland Mouret frock, Aguilera’s makeup artist, Jake Bailey, gave the singer “a bronze smoky eye, big lashes, tawny cheeks and a rosy glossy lip,” he writes on her site. After lining her eyes with black liquid CoverGirl liner — smudging it to soften the edges — he used a bronze M.A.C shadow on her lids and finished with a strip of false Ardell lashes and DiorShow mascara.

Adam Levine Explains Those Anti-Celebrity Fragrance Comments

Adam Levine
Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic

No foot-in-mouth here: Adam Levine doesn’t regret his anti-celebrity fragrance commentsand he’s proud to be releasing one, too.

“I know there’s a stigma attached to it,” he tells PEOPLE. “A stigma that I fully understand because I, too, hate the idea of a celebrity fragrance, absolutely, 100 percent.”

So … why is he creating one?

“I kind of thought to myself, ‘Well I’m interested in fashion and there’s a lot of things about it that could be really cool if done properly,” he continues. “So I want to do a thing that’s never done properly. That’s my goal.”

Though Voice costar Christina Aguilera called him out for his March 2011 Tweet, which knocked star scents, Levine says her remarks were “funny and silly and friendly. I didn’t actually see that … I heard about it,” he explains. “We were just messing around.”

Does Adam Levine’s New Fragrance Smell of Hypocrisy?

Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine

Eau de … eat crow? Adam Levine is likely feeling a little sheepish today after pal Christina Aguilera caught him contradicting himself on Twitter.

On Wednesday, the Maroon 5 singer announced plans for his first fragrances for men and women, both called 222. According to a release, the scents will “reflect [his] personality and style” and retail for $36-$65.

However, Aguilera must have a fabulous memory or a Twitter-savvy friend: Friday she Tweeted a link back to a March 2011 Tweet of Levine’s, which read, “I also would like to put an official ban on celebrity fragrances. Punishable by death from this point forward.”

“Haha @AdamLevine,” Aguilera wrote in reply. “What a difference a year makes …”

However, her detective work wasn’t totally mean-spirited; Levine’s fellow Voice mentor, who has several scents of her own, sent him her best wishes, too, writing, “Welcome to the celebrity fragrance family!” Tell us: Would you still consider buying Levine’s fragrances?

Katy Perry eBay.com/CelebrityFlynet

She’s a California Gurl with a heart-shaped dress — and a pretty big heart, too. Katy Perry is one of many stars joining forces with eBay for eBay.com/celebrity, a new portal where memorabilia-seekers can bid on amazing experiences and items, all to support a variety of worthy causes.

Perry, one of the first to pop up on eBay.com/celebrity, is auctioning a dress worn on her California Dreams tour: a red-and-pink Swarovski-studded cotton candy pouf, which she’ll give to the winner during a backstage meet-and-greet before her Nov. 21 concert in Oakland. (At press time, bidding was up to $8,100.) VIP tickets are included, too, and proceeds benefit the American Red Cross.

Additional items available now include works of art by Jeff Bridges (up to $2,250); a meeting with Brad Pitt (currently at $10,000); and Sienna Miller‘s snakeskin boots (more affordable at $256). Proceeds from each item will benefit a myriad of charities, including Pitt’s Make It Right and Share Our Strength — No Kid Hungry, an organization selected by Bridges. Christina Aguilera and Robert Duvall are next up, with offerings coming soon.

Christina Aguilera Spills on Her Seductive New Scents and Beauty Tips

Christina Aguilera Two New Scents

Never shy about experimenting with her personal style, Christina Aguilera often turns to makeup to create statement-making looks (signature red lip, anyone?). And now, with two new fragrances out on the market, the sexy Burlesque star is extending that bold approach to scent. “Growing up, I used to play with all the fragrances in my mother’s vanity,” she tells PEOPLE. “She had a taste for musky, sensual scents.” These same warm tones can also be found in Christina’s latest perfumes: the eponymous Christina Aguilera, easy-to-wear with its exotic and fruity profile; and Christina Aguilera by Night, a more intense blend with amber and black vanilla notes. Both are sold exclusively at Kohl’s for $39 (50ml), with gift sets available for $42. Outside of fragrance, the newly-turned 30 year-old sticks to simple rules for looking her best. “Stay hydrated, moisturize and get enough sleep,” she shares. “I never go to sleep with makeup on and always moisturize my face and lips. I try to condition my hair as much as possible.” Tell us: Will you buy Christina Aguilera’s new fragrances? – Hana Choi; reporting by Katherine Kluznik Rentmeester

New Look Alert: Christina Aguilera Shows Off Her Sexy Curves

Richie Buxo/Splash News Online; Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic

Over the years, Christina Aguilera‘s looks have changed as much as her chart-topping songs — who can forget those “Dirrty” chaps? — but the pop star managed to surprise even her most die-hard fans this weekend when she attended the opening of the new Resnick Pavilion at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Saturday, showing off new sexy curves in a blush Atelier Versace halter-gown. Accenting the goddess-like look with long curly hair and a heavy golden tan, Christina’s soft appearance marked a stark contrast to the svelte physique and all-black ensemble that she rocked in June when promoting her new Bionic album. And while the pop star certainly knows how to make a bold impression no matter the occasion, this is certainly the softer side for this Grammy winner. Tell us: What do you think of Christina’s new look? – Justine Harman
