When Cameron Diaz left her long hair behind this month, one would’ve assumed she lost some styling options in the process. But the actress is showing just how versatile a short cut can be, wearing her hair four different ways in as many days while out in Paris this week.

On Tuesday, before the Armani Privé fashion show, Diaz parted her platinum do from the side (top left), tucking loose ends under her ear. The day before, the actress popped by the Dior show sporting an easy updo (top right), with her roots teased and her ends neatly pinned on the back of her head.

Before Monday’s Versace show, Diaz displayed yet another look, this one a sleek, style that gave her roots lift and left her ends slicked at the back of her head (bottom left). But our personal favorite is her latest, which she wore to Valentino’s Thursday show: a feminine, slightly curled look with long bangs and lots of volume. There’s something about Cameron! The actress returned to her There’s Something About Mary roots recently, debuting a choppy blonde bob while vacationing in Hawaii.

Though it’s obviously not a new look for the star, Diaz had spent the past several years with longer, slightly more golden locks — minus that period in 2006-2007 when she went brunette. But perhaps with a new year — and some new roles — ahead of her, the star was looking for a change. Tell us: What do you think of Diaz’s new do?

Call her fit, fine, fashionable — but don’t call her trendy. Speaking to reporters Sunday night at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles, Cameron Diaz said her style is all her own.

“I have never been into trends. I don’t understand trends,” she said. “I tried on a dress a few days ago that was like, spring 2012, and I was like, ‘Where are we?’ Why can’t I just buy a dress for summer 2011? That’s all I need.”

Looking chic in an A.L.C. strapless “Astrid” dress (ironically from the brand’s resort 2012 collection), the actress joked that fashion is moving too fast for her. “By the time we get to 2012, I am going to be wearing something for 2013 … It doesn’t really make any sense to me!”

When it comes to her own, current style, Diaz says her look has always been the same. “I have just always had very clean, minimal … some plastic detail, something with a little bit of edge. But I have always been simple,” she explained. “I’ve never been like a ruffly girl or overly feminine. I just kind of like clean lines.”

Bad Teacher, good clothes! Cameron Diaz wowed the New York City crowds on Monday with not one, but four different outfits as she promoted her new comedy Bad Teacher, which co-stars former flame Justin Timberlake. She kicked off her wardrobe wizardry bright and early during an appearance on Good Morning America, where she sported a white Elizabeth and James rolled-sleeve “Elizabeth” blazer paired with a short skirt and Sergio Rossi patent leather “Clonia” t-strap sandals. Later on, while en route to a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman, she traded in her morning ensemble for slim black pants by Vanessa Bruno, a Kain washed silk pocket tank and a black-and-white cropped jacket. Just a short time later, while leaving the Late Show, she showcased her curves in a bright blue belted dress with an exposed side zipper. But she wasn’t done changing yet! That evening, she flaunted her enviable gams at the Bad Teacher premiere party, wearing a short a black and white knit Chanel dress from the spring/summer 2011 ready-to-wear collection, accessorized with gold Cartier jewelry and black pumps. Take it from the A-listers: nerd-chic might just be back in style. Cameron Diaz took a step toward the trend recently, sporting suspenders at the New York City celebration of pal Gwyneth Paltrow‘s new cookbook, My Father’s Daughter, on Monday. Diaz paired her braces with an all-white ensemble consisting of fitted jeans and a see-through tank, with pink pumps to complete the look. While everyone from Fergie to Lauren Conrad has tried the suspender trend in the past, Diaz is the latest star to strap on a pair. There may not have been any walks down the wedding aisle this week (with the exception of Reese!), but there was an abundance of white dresses at CinemaCon in Last Vegas. Leading ladies Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Blake Lively all proved that you don’t have to be a bride to don a white dress — and you don’t have to wait until after Memorial Day, either! Lively rocked a Dolce & Gabbana lacy mini and topped it with a jacket to promote her new film, Green Lantern, at the event Wednesday night (she later swapped it for red). Meanwhile, Diaz flaunted her toned physique in a cotton waffle ribbon-strap dress from the spring/summer 2011 Victoria Beckham collection on Thursday, as she picked up an award for female star of the year. Pal Barrymore, who surprised her Charlie’s Angels costar by presenting her with her statuette on stage, wore an Akris white cotton silk long-sleeve dress from the line’s spring/summer 2011 collection, rounding out the bold and bright trend. Snow? Rain? Forget it! Stars escaped the country’s weather woes by jetting off to far-flung beaches and soaking up the sun in their sexy – and skimpy!- swimwear. On Dec. 22, Cameron Diaz showed off her figure alongside her beau, fellow hardbody Alex Rodriguez, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The California blonde was sleek and sun-smart in a brown bikini and visor as she paddle-boarded through the water. The following day, Paris Hilton cozied up with her man Cy Waits and the rest of her family at the Four Seasons Resort Maui in Hawaii. The bikini queen paired her teeny turquoise number with big shades and a laid-back ponytail. And opting for a more conservative look the day after Christmas, Rihanna draped a cardigan over her We Are Handsome peekaboo one-piece suit and covered up her locks with a bandanna as she hit the Sandy Lane Beach resort in her home country, Barbados. With her supermodel-long legs and chic sense of style, Cameron Diaz has been lighting up the red carpet as she and Knight and Day costar Tom Cruise continue their whirlwind European promotional tour. But the more countries that Cameron visits, the higher her hemlines seem to become! From Germany to England to France, the A-lister’s premiere dresses have gone from short to shorter to shortest. The actress first turned heads in Munich last Wednesday, where she wore a stunning asymmetric white Bottega Veneta dress with nude peep-toe heels. The next night, Cameron rocked another thigh-grazing frock in London, this time a stylish micro-sequin sweater dress from local favorite Stella McCartney. And at this weekend’s premiere in Bordeaux, France, she took it one step further, or perhaps we should say shorter, when she worked the carpet in a black-and-white Vionnet mini that almost seemed more tunic top than full-blown dress. If anyone can work a thigh-grazer, it’s definitely Cameron, but we can’t help but wonder if some of these gam-baring looks are actually just too short. Cameron Diaz is as known for her stunning style as for her enviable figure and seemingly endless legs. But at 37-years-old, the actress tells Harper’s Bazaar, much to our reassurance, that her million-dollar body is something she does work hard at. “Exercise for me is like eating, sleeping, and breathing,” she explains to the magazine in its August issue. Five-times-a-week gym sessions keep her figure in skinny-jeans shape, but unlike many of her contemporaries, the star works out to keep weight on. “When I’m not consistent, it shows up on my body. I get really skinny, and I know it might sound like, ‘Well, good for you.’ But the body that people talk about is not me trying to stay slim, it’s the one where I work hard to keep weight on me.” Another area where she is not looking to lose any assets? For her role as a Daisy-Dukes wearing professor in the new movie Bad Teacher, Diaz maintained a rigorous workout regimen. “Cameron has an amazing work ethic both in work and personally in life as a whole,” says Bass. “She works so hard.” And how hard is hard for the perfectly toned star? With her “schedule permitting,” the actress hits the gym with Bass for regular sessions of weights for strength training including lots of lunges and squats, mixed in with cardio circuits and Pilates work. While it might be easy to become complacent once you are on the Hollywood A-list and just stick to an audience-loved pattern, Cameron Diaz is seizing the opportunity to do something totally different — playing a mother in the heartbreaking My Sister’s Keeper. But it’s not like she’s lost her sex appeal in the process! V Magazine caught up with the 36-year old star for an edgy and tough black-and-white photo shoot that recalls Madonna’s iconic True Blue period. Taking the look one step further — the star was painted with an array of wild tattoos on set (no, they aren’t real!) and wore a bra made of gaffers tape, fashioned by the shoot’s stylist. Of feeling and looking so comfortable in her skin, Diaz tells V Magazine that “I’m not going to be the 23-year old ingenue again. If I tried to hold onto that, I’d be a pretty unhappy individual.” We think Cameron keeps getting better — and hotter! — with age. Don’t believe the rumors that celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe’s top clients Cameron Diaz and Debra Messing have dropped her. “The information is inaccurate,” Zoe’s representative Teal Cannaday tells PEOPLE exclusively. “Rachel is still very much working with Debra and Cameron” PEOPLE followed up with reps for both actresses who confirmed the ongoing relationship. And while sources have claimed that Zoe has been focusing more on her Bravo reality show, The Rachel Zoe Project, than her styling work recently, “that’s not true,” insists another source close to the stylist. Zoe continues to work with Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson, and Anne Hathaway, whom she styled for this year’s Oscars. “Styling is still her number one priority,” says the source. “Despite anything else she does, she is a stylist first and foremost. She’s still holding people’s trains and sewing them into their dress. That’s her priority.”
