With over a dozen celebs launching signature scents over the next few months, Hollywood is going to be smelling fine this fall. The big question on our minds, however, is who’s got what it takes to create the biggest fragrance sensation? Four of our favorite celebrity perfumers are adding to their already well-established scent empires with new editions. Jennifer Lopez will release romantic My Glow, Britney Spears is debuting Circus Fantasy by Britney Spears, Mariah Carey will release Forever, as we told you yesterday, and Jessica Simpson’s business partner recently dished to us about her new Fancy Love But we want to know which you are looking forward to! After revealing her new Candie’s ads for fall yesterday, we have a sneak peak at what went down behind-the-scenes at the campaign’s shoot. Between filming her “Radar” music video and the Candie’s commercial and print ads, Britney Spears talks location and her favorite item from the Candie’s collection — not surprisingly for the sexy singer, a black lace dress. After showing some serious skin in Candie’s spring ads, Britney Spears covers up in chic dresses and jeans for the upcoming fall campaign. And that’s not the only place you’ll see the pop superstar sporting the affordable line. Britney will even wear Candie’s in her new music video, “Radar.” “I was so excited to wear Candie’s in my ‘Radar’ video,” says Britney in a press release. “I especially loved their jeans and cute dresses which were perfect for the theme of my video.” In her new video, Britney becomes intrigued by a handsome player at a polo match who ultimately gets caught in her radar. Footage from the video will also appear in a Candie’s television commercial which will debut later this summer along with the print ads in September magazines. It’s been awhile since Britney Spears has altered her signature sunny locks. But never one to shy away from change, the pop star stepped out over the weekend showing off longer and much darker hair. While we can’t tell for sure if Britney’s new look is for real or a wig, we think going dark still works for her. We already told you that Britney Spears was going to be the next Candie’s girl but now we have a sneak peek at her sexy new ads! The singer flaunts her dancer’s physique in a variety of skin-baring outfits and the brand’s signature heels against a bright pink background. In a statement, Britney gushes about the campaign, “I had so much fun shooting the Candie’s for Kohl’s campaign. After five years, Britney Spears is returning to the stage for her Circus tour—and it looks like things will be just as sexy as before. The Canadian design duo behind star-favorite label DSquared2 has teamed up with the pop star to create looks for her and her backup dancers. The designers have refashioned traditional circus costumes such as those worn by trapeze artists, clowns and jugglers into sinister and provocative looks. The custom styles were created to take on a dream-like element that will blend with Britney’s sexy on-stage persona. We can’t wait to see more. Tell us: What do you think of Britney’s costumes?

Her much-anticipated Circus tour is kicking off Tuesday, but Britney Spears has even more to look forward to. Marking her first-ever apparel endorsement, the princess of pop has been named the next Candie’s Only at Kohl’s spokesmodel. The singer will be stepping into the shoes of Heroes star Hayden Panettiere who was the face of the shoe line for two years. As part of her new gig, Britney will appear in Candie’s print, television, in-store and online ads this year. Candie’s and Kohl’s also plan to follow Spears on her comeback tour, rolling out pink carpets and VIP lounges for her fans. Britney Spears never ceases to amaze with her scandalous stage and video wardrobes– and her new video for “If You Seek Amy” is no exception. There might not be any pythons–alive or print–but there promises to be just as much skin as that infamous VMA performance. BritneySpears.com caught up with the singer’s wardrobe stylist Dave Thomas and got the scoop on her look. For her new video, the pop princess will be showing off two very different sides of sexy. The first will be a country club housewife inspired look that includes a pink Lacoste polo shirt and white tennis skirt, complete with a sweater tied around her shoulders and patent Giuseppe Zanotti Design platform heels. For her second look, Britney brings out her inner bad girl in a pair of shiny American Apparel leggings and cut-out corset. Hollywood is starting to look an awful lot like a three-ring circus these days — with some pretty hot ringmasters! Madonna started the trend (but when doesn’t she?) with her white top hat on stage for her Sticky & Sweet Tour, followed by Britney Spears and Heidi Klum. Britney Spears is gearing up for a come-back appearance in a video segment that will be played during Madonna’s upcoming tour. Looking better than ever, Brit lightens her locks and lets down her hair — and her hair stylist, Kim Vo, gives PEOPLE the scoop on the new look. “I took her into the baby-blonde spectrum, like a child who’s been at the beach,” Vo says of softening the star’s darker blonde color. “She now has a lot of streaks — including some dark in the back — but the effect is baby-blonde. She is blonder than she’s been, which she loves.” But why suddenly so light? Vo had to take into account Madonna’s golden hair and give Britney something that would contrast and complement the Material Girl’s look. The straight style, however, was Britney’s call. And Vo kept fly-aways at bay with one of the star’s favorite products. “Britney loves the Perfect Polish Dry Serum. It’s a product that keeps her hair polished and frizz free. When we’re doing a straight hair style this is a must.” We think Brit’s straight blonde style is the perfect summer look for her. Tell us: What do you think of her new hair? Britney Spears may have had shopping for little sister Jamie Lynn on the top of her agenda while visiting designer Christian Audigier at the Ed Hardy offices yesterday, but there was definitely business at hand. “She wants to work on a clothing line with Christian,” says Ed Hardy representative Nicole Irving, who adds, “it was a closed door meeting, but we will say that they are planning to do a children’s clothing line.” Spears sought out the former Von Dutch designer specifically to discuss the project, seeking his “flair on the line.” Irving explains, “I know the one thing she stressed, she loves and really respects Christian as a designer.” As for the pop star, who spent the morning with her sons Jayden and Preston, Irving describes her as “just really warm and in good spirits.”

Rumors have been swirling about Britney Spears’s alledgedly puffier pout for the past few weeks, but if the popster had her lips plumped, she’d hardly be the first star to do it. Jessica Simpson had to wait four long months for her lip-job to de-swell — “It looked fake to me; I didn’t like that,” she admitted –Spears has an alternative to holding her hand in front of her mouth for the four to nine months fillers such as Restylane and Juverderm typically last: hyaluronidase, an injectable enzyme that reverses the puff within 24 hours. “It takes away the uh-oh factor,” says Calabasas cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Anna Guanche. “Get your lips, take them home, and if you don’t like them, bring them back.” One caveat: no refunds — and the fix runs about $200.

Britney Spears has gotten her famously toned physique back in a major way, so we understand the impulse to flaunt it in her figure-revealing clothes. But the singer’s retro outfit does seem like a little much for just a day of shopping — the shorts are sweet and the colorful sneakers are perfect for summer. But the hat? The airbrushed tank? Britney Spears headed out for a dentist’s appointment a few weeks ago in a sharp tan trench coat by up-and-coming NYC design team Doucette Duvall, whose chic threads have also recently been worn by Michelle Trachtenberg. We’ve been so busy tracking Britney Spear’s ever-growing hat collection that we barely registered that the brown-eyed star had started wearing bright blue contacts! With her divorce settlement worked out, this seems like a natural moment for Britney to try out a new look, but we are so used to seeing Britney with dark eyes that we can’t decide which we like better.
