There were plenty of head-turning looks on the MTV Movie Awards red carpet Sunday night (both for good and … less good … reasons).

What Does Brad Pitt Think of the Parodies of His Chanel No. 5 Commercial?

Saturday Night Live spoofed him. Several times. Heck, even dogs did it. But Brad Pitt still stands by his not-so-popular Chanel No. 5 commercial.

“I kind of liked it,” he told Access Hollywood on Monday. “I respect what [Chanel does]. They do some really quality things.”

However, he also respects the people who’ve made fun of it.

“I haven’t [seen the parodies],” he added, “but I say absolutely fair play.”

He’s back for round two. Brad Pitt‘s latest Chanel No. 5 commercial debuted on Tuesday, and it’s similar to the first except this time the actor is joined by two female costars.

Pitt narrates two scenes: one featuring a dark-haired woman gazing out a floor-to-ceiling window in a high-rise building overlooking a nighttime cityscape, and the other with a blonde who appears to be walking on water surrounded by mountains.

Brad Pitt Smolders in Debut Chanel No. 5 Ad

Brad Pitt is engaged to one of the world’s most beautiful women — and now he’s a smoldering spokesman for one of the world’s most quintessential beauty brands.

Pitt, 48, made his debut Monday in new ads for Chanel No. 5. Dressed casually, hair long and mood thoughtfully seductive, the actor appears in a black-and-white video spot that is a philosophical ode to love and longing.

“It’s not a journey, every journey ends and we go on,” Pitt recites in the 30-second ad for Chanel’s signature fragrance. “Wherever I go, there you are,” he adds quietly, looking directly into the camera in a sensual slow burn.
