The last time we checked in with Mrs. Ryan Reynolds we were concerned that her relationship status may be affecting her once killer style. Gone were the sexy minis, backless dresses and plunging necklines. In their place: checked jackets, bucket hats and belted plaid dresses.

But at Monday night’s Met Gala Lively officially reclaimed her best dressed status, arriving in a dramatic strapless Gucci Première gown featuring a structured pale green bodice and an incredible tiered black train.

Gucci shared this breathtaking sketch of the gown which they made specially for the striking blonde, but we love that she added her own touches as well, thanks to her lovely ponytail and killer danglers.

Tell us: What do you think of Lively’s Gucci Première gown?

Halle Berry, Blake Lively and Katy Perry are just three of the female powerhouses to lend their voice to Gucci’s A-list Chime For Change campaign, collaborating with existing ambassadors Beyoncé Knowles, Salma Hayek and Frida Giannini (Gucci’s Creative Director).

The fundraising movement urges women to unite on global issues like education, health and justice.

“If I feel strongly about something, the whole world will know within seconds,” Perry, 28, boasts of her outreach.

In the PSA, Beyoncé shares that she gives baby daughter Blue Ivy pep talks about her future, even encouraging her to run for the highest office one day.

Emmy Rossum (from left), Megan Hilty and Blake Lively have all been spotted in pieces from the Rio de Janeiro-inspired collection — making us even more excited to snap up some for ourselves.

Though the rest of us non-celebrities will have to wait until April to shop the styles, we’ve got an exclusive clip of Lam discussing how he developed the pieces in the collection. Follow Lam to sun-drenched Rio to see what inspired him to create prints that reflect everything from the busy city at night to the graffiti he saw on the walls.

Blake Lively's Newlywed Style: From Sexy to Sedate

There’s no doubt that Blake Lively is stunning, and since her wedding day, we’ve noticed a distinctive glow about the star. But we’ve also noticed something else: she’s been dressing in a decidedly more mature way since tying the knot.

Once so known for baring her majorly enviable bod at every chance she got (in teeny outfits like this aqua romper, left) that the girls gave her a nickname about it, the star’s most recent looks have been much more buttoned-up than bodacious.

Lately, we’ve seen Lively wearing outfits befitting her new role as the wife on a country estate, including checked jackets, bucket hats, a very equestrian look and, most recently, this belted plaid day dress.

She’s still a total knockout, but we can’t help wondering if settling down in suburbia with her 36-year-old husband has aged the starlet’s style a bit.

Tell us: Do you like Lively’s more mature look?

We at PEOPLE StyleWatch spend a lot of time thinking about celebrity hair: how they maintain it, how they style it and how to fake it on our own heads. And we find that there are certain stars we keep coming back to time and again because their hair is just so darn healthy-looking.

Jessica Biel has mastered the art of long, loose waves. Jennifer Aniston‘s hair deserves its own ad campaign and autobiography. Zoë Saldana wins for glossiest, richest color. Sofia Vergara‘s tresses are thick and luxurious, and Blake Lively‘s lovely locks really speak for themselves.
