Courtesy Troy Jensen

Kim Kardashian “loves experimenting” with her hair looks, and now, it seems, she is moving on to trying out new makeup looks. The reality star posted this sinister picture on her website, where she appears pale with a dark lip and no eyebrows. Kim teamed up with her friend and makeup artist Troy Jensen to create a vampire-like look. “This look was inspired by Prada’s fall 2009 runway show and it is so unlike anything I’ve ever done!” writes Kim. “Pretty creepy, right? I call this my Twilight look!” But don’t worry, Kim didn’t actually get rid of her eyebrows, Troy used an eyebrow concealing wax to hide them. Tell us: What do you think of Kim’s Twilight look? Would you try it?

Rachel, Kristen and More Stars Show Phillip Lim Some L.A. Love

Jeff Vespa/Wireimage

For a sexy, flattering shape, look no further than Phillip Lim.  His intricately beautiful designs and unique structure continue to garner attention from fashion-savvy celebrities, who rushed to help the N.Y.C. designer celebrate the one year anniversary of his West Hollywood boutique. “The shapes are unbelievable. I’m a girl without much shape on my own so I appreciate a designer who knows how to accentuate a women’s body,” 90210 star, Shenae Grimes told PEOPLE.  Adds host Rachel Bilson, “He really designs for every women.  Every article of clothing is amazing, you literally walk into his store and want everything.  If I had it all in my closet I’d be like the best-dressed person!” The store itself is another example of Lim’s attention to detail.  The designer and California native said,  “The store is just a simple palette, when you walk in, it’s like the cleansing of the palette when you go inside it exposes all the tastes and the spices.”  That spice is what makes Molly Sims a fan, “Everything is a little off.  He’s never going to put something together that is expected…and he pulls off being very conservative in a very vintage way. Wanting to create a special night reminiscent of a summer concert, Lim chose his favorite band, The Duke Spirit to serenade the crowd on the outside patio and personally consulted with his celebrity clients before the event.  Of her outfit, Kristen Bell simply said, “He (Lim) picked it for me so I just said “ok, I’d be happy to [wear it]!”–Michelle Ward

EXCLUSIVE: Lauren Conrad Goes Brunette for Harper’s Bazaar

Courtesy of Harper’s Bazaar

We already got a sneak peek at Lauren Conrad’s brunette tresses when she was spotted on the set of a photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar and now, the images are out! The fashion magazine had the California girl change up her signature blonde hair for a day-long experiment. But even a wig wasn’t enough to disguise the famous reality star. “I think initially the wig threw people off, but they figured it out. I felt like it only disguised me for a moment, and then it made me feel like I was hiding, which made me feel silly,” Lauren tells Harper’s. Lauren might have considered dying her hair dark to keep the Hills producers from for coercing her to come back on screen, but “I went into a wig store and tried on a brown wig, and they all laughed at me. All these women [who worked there] were like, ‘You look like Hannah Montana.’ So after a day in her dark wig, Lauren’s verdict was in. “Day to day, I can only do blonde. Everything else makes me look sort of plain-Jane.” Pick up the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar to read more about of Lauren’s day as a brunette. Issue hits stands July 21st. Tell us: Do you think Lauren looks good as a brunette?

Emma Watson on Celebrity Fashion: “It’s Gotten So Ridiculous”

PA Photos/Landov

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince may be hitting theatres this Wednesday, but that doesn’t mean wizardry is the only thing on Emma Watson’s mind. After stepping in front of the lens as the newest face of Burberry, the 19-year-old has garnered nearly as much acceptance in the fashion world as she already has in cinema. And she’s chatting with WWD about her transformation from the film’s brainy teen star to international fashion icon. While acting still takes precedence, Emma says, there’s no denying that she enjoys the fashion world. But just as she confirmed to PEOPLE.com a couple weeks ago, that doesn’t mean that she’ll be following in the footsteps of stars like Lauren Conrad or Jessica Simpson and creating a signature line. “I’m not a designer,” she tells the paper. “If someone asked me to do something that was beneficial to a cause, then maybe I’d consider it, but not just [to be able to say] ‘Look at me! I’ve got my own line!’” She says of the increasingly blurred line between celebrity and branding, “[It’s] gotten so ridiculous. The idea of making my own perfume makes me want to vomit.” Tell us: What do you think of Emma’s frank take on fame and fashion?
