When Diana DeGarmo wed Ace Young Saturday evening, both American Idol alums had their personal style on full display.
But it was DeGarmo’s look that was the surprise — she kept her dress under wraps until the moment she walked down the aisle to Young. The singer, 25, wore an elegant, fitted Sareh Nouri gown embellished with pearls and rhinestones.

“It was the first dress she tried on,” says Renée Strauss, the LA-based luxury bridal expert who organized the wedding. “She knew immediately that it was the perfect dress for her.”
The dress was accessorized by her “something old” (her grandma’s pearls), “something borrowed,” (a pair of “fabulous diamond earrings” from her engagement ring designer, David Webb) and — the kicker — a pair of bold cobalt cowboy boots to be her “something blue.”
“If you didn’t know better, you’d think the dress and boots were made for each other,” says Strauss. Adds DeGarmo: “Believe it or not, the boots totally worked!”
