Elle Macpherson's 50-Year-Old Bikini Bod Is Ridiculous, We Remain in Awe

07/17/2014 at 11:45 AM ET

We wonder what magical fountain-of-youth water supermodels were drinking in the ’90s, because they’re all looking better than ever. And that includes Elle Macpherson. The 50-year-old stunner shared a swimsuit snap on Twitter, and let’s just say it has us researching MacPherson’s recipe for green juice at our desks.

“Super greens… After super swim,” Macpherson captioned the above photo, posing on a yacht in a blue-and-yellow triangle bikini and hoodie. Not only does she look super-fit, but her crazy-long hair is also giving us serious mane envy (and her highlights are perfectly sun-kissed). And it’s no surprise that after the star posted this snap, her Super Elixir supplement has sold out in stores. (Curious? You can buy it online here, but act fast.)

Macpherson recently told PEOPLE she felt really “loved” after celebrating her 50th birthday in March.

Last year, she covered Harper’s Bazaar Australia‘s body issue in a pair of knee-highs (and … that’s about it) and opened up about her healthy-living philosophy.

“No one tells you this, but I’ve recognized it as I’ve grown older and wiser: Wellness, beauty, strength, good moods and stability require constant maintenance and constant tweaking.” she said. “You have to constantly listen to your body. You can’t sit there thinking, ‘All this used to work.’ You’re new and fresh and different every day. Resist it and it becomes really tedious. Embrace it and it’s a constant renewing process — holistic, a total intelligence. It’s about being present in your life.”

What do you think of Elle’s bikini snap? Sound off below.

Wow, she looks great! Hope I look like that when I hit 50.

She looks like a living Barbie. Lol! Go Elle! I like when older women keep their hair long. It makes them look younger.

She is certainly an inspiration to want to take better care of myself.

I am sure she works hard to look that amazing but I am sure have been some nips and tucks along the way. Nothing wrong with that but swimming and veggies do not make you look that amazing…

Pretty sure a LARGE part of it is her genes too. Obviously in addition to taking care of herself.

Proof once again that God blesses certain people with a charmed life. She looks AMAZING!!!!!!

Genetics is only 35%. She’s right, “they” don’t tell you – veggies and fruits, nuts and seeds – have all the stuff our cells love – that’s all we need – and then our cells are good and positive and our brain and bodies are filled with love and compassion – and long hair with no grays! Its all in the food – that earth provides – not the processed stuff…

She looks gorgeous and healthy!

Whatever the case, she looks marvelous!
