Jennifer Lawrence Dares to Bare, Charlize Shows Lots of Leg and More Major Star Style Moments at Dior
Dior may surprise us with their offerings on the runway season after season, but one thing never changes: Their front row is always more star-studded than most. And this most recent affair, for Dior’s fall/winter Haute Couture offerings, didn’t disappoint. Check out the high-wattage front row and tell us who had your favorite look in the comments!
First up was the face of Dior, Jennifer Lawrence, who picked a more playful number from the collection and finished it off with jewelry and accessories from the line. From the front, the look was all ladylike and demure, but from the side (as evidenced below), she showcased her assets in a major way. As impressed as we are by her fit physique, we’re really here to talk about that super-bronzed makeup job — it’s by far the most sun-kissed she’s ever looked. Loving the “warrior princess” vibe or do you think it’s overkill?
Next up, Charlize Theron: another blonde babe growing out a pixie in style (and another face of Dior … hmm, they seem to have a type). She dazzled in her own electric look: an embroidered silk cady mini with a plunging open back. She kept her golden glow to her stems — the better to show off her strappy nude Dior sandals.
Emma Watson also joined her fellow film stars in a fashion-forward Dior Haute Couture dress with a lot going on: From the asymmetric neckline to the pleated bodice to the filmy, floaty skirt, her outfit begged the question, How do you gracefully exit the limo in this? She wisely kept her accessories and beauty simple to offset the artistic dress.
And on the “points for difficulty” end of the spectrum, newlywed Olivia Palermo decided to show off her advanced fashion sense in a leather vest, silk top and skirt — then to finish it off, she added massive sunnies plus printed or textured accessories. But we’d expect nothing less from the star who wore (and totally pulled off) shorts at her wedding.
