Kendall Jenner's Givenchy Ads Are Here (And She Has Bleached Eyebrows, Again)

06/18/2014 at 09:00 AM ET

We wonder if Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner are involved in a little sisterly competition to see who can make more headlines this week. Just kidding (we think!) — but both sisters have made some serious style statements in the past 72 hours (see Kim’s cleavage and Kendall’s commando moment.) And now Kendall’s first high-fashion ad campaign, for Givenchy, is here.

The 18-year-old model stars in the label’s dark and sexy Fall 2014 campaign (shot by fashion photographer duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott), in which she poses with sleek hair, no eyebrows and a brooding expression — reminiscent of her look from the runway show during Paris Fashion Week. She gives her best dark stare as she sits in a chair wearing an animal-print design, alongside a group of other models, including Jamie Bouchert, Mariacarla Boscono and Peter Brant II.

Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci is a close friend of the Kardashian family, designing Kim and Kanye’s wedding looks. And we have a feeling Kendall will pop up in a number of other campaigns for the label.

She recently told Interview magazine that she always wanted to pursue a career in modeling. “To be honest, this is exactly what I wanted to be. I was always looking up to supermodels. They were, like, my superheroes.”

What do you think of the new ads? Think she’s made it now?

Why so catty women?! I mean she is a gorgeous girl, she is perfect for modeling and who she chooses to admire is her business and you have to remember, she is only 18, we mature as we age, give the kid a break..Support other women, quit ripping them apart out of pure jealousy.

Kimmie will be pulling out all her low class attention seeking tricks now that attention is being focused on Kendall…

I too think this photo shoot is unattractive . It is weird and not sure how this is suppose to be flattering . All the models look like brides of Frankestein. I think Kendall is a beautiful , young woman and do not think this shoot does her any justice !!

Terry on

Kendall is not that pretty.

Steph on

How is this at ALL attractive? To each their own I guess but …..yuk.

PEOPLE should have written “high” fashion because they all looked stoned.

Well, she certainly has all of the model attributes. Young and dumb with no education.

How is this attractive? They all look like some Halloween ghouls! But more importantly these magazine and add executives are clueless using this family of “ho’s” on their cover or in an add representative of their product line. Do they not know America (and the world for that matter) despises this pathetic, despicable family and have ZERO respect for any of them? Certainly doesn’t make for a positive influence or association with ANY company or organization.

Chris Kardashian might want to change her name to Chris Jenner Reality star verses a real star
