The Hottest Dress In Hollywood? Three Stars Wear this Dolce & Gabbana Design In One Week

Often, when a memorable dress hits the red carpet on a star, other celebrities will refuse to wear it for fear of eventually losing a Fashion Faceoff down the road. Well, we may finally have found the one dress that’s so pretty, it’s the exception to that rule — so much so that we spotted it three times in seven days. And in our mind, this Faceoff is a three-way tie; all the stars look stunning in the floral Dolce & Gabbana design.

From left, Mad Men‘s junior fashionista Kiernan Shipka, 14, sported the square-necked version of the blossom-print dress in white at last Thursday’s Paley Fest. She hemmed it above the knee and added gold strappy heels so it wouldn’t look too sweet on her. Last night, America Ferrera also chose a bold shoe choice to go with the black version of the dress, adding chartreuse pumps and a wood-pattern clutch to echo the motifs in the dress. Finally, Miranda Kerr stepped out Wednesday as only she can, topping her dress with a chic Escada coat, snakeskin heels and a pricey handbag.

It’s obvious why this dress has been such a hit with three very different ladies. From the structured cut to the romantic (and flatteringly elongating) vertical floral print, this appears to be one of those magical dresses that works on everyone. But at a retail value of between $2,395 (Miranda’s version) and $6,995 (Kiernan’s style), it’s retaining its permanent place on our “spring styles we lust” Pinterest board for the foreseeable future.

What do you think of the dress? Which style is your favorite? Would you wear it (if you had a fairy godmother, maybe?) Tell us in the comments!

I’m not crazy about most floral prints; a little goes a long way, and they can look really old lady-ish. But these are pretty and springy.

The lighter colored version doesn’t even remotely resemble the other two. I think it’s an attractive dress in both colors, and looks nice on all the ladies, but they really can’t be compared. America and Miranda have very different body types, and the dress flatters both. And obviously, the price is a bit high for most of us!

An adorable dress that looks beautiful on all of them.

Kieran and Miranda’s print, looks the same, but obviously in the different colors. Americas flowers are different, and it doesn’t have all the branches the others do. I’d have to say, I like it best on America, and prefer her shoes too.

Beautiful Dress….but why would a dress like this cost so much?
Crazy!!

It is very pretty. Maybe one of these stars will be willing to loan it out? ;) A girl can dream!
