After making waves on the red carpet in knee-high shorts, Pharrell Williams hit the stage at the Academy Awards with his fave Vivienne Westwood topper.

With a fun cartoon backdrop (including a smiley face wearing his hat) and lively backup dancers, the producer and singer performed his Oscar-nominated song, “Happy,” wearing a black and white striped leather track jacket, blue jeans and red sequined Adidas sneakers.

Obviously, his stylish yet sporty attire made it easy for Williams to bust a few moves on stage — and off! — with fellow Oscar nominees including Lupita Nyong’o and Amy Adams. He even got a shimmy from actress Meryl Streep.
