It feels like we’ve been talking about Sarah Jessica Parker‘s new shoe line forever. (We’re really, really excited about it, okay?) And finally we have an exclusive sneak peek at the star sporting the collection to share with you.

In the behind-the-scenes image above, SJP hits the runway in a chic pair of teal pumps … and her famously, perpetually pegged jeans. The “Fawn” heels featured in the ad are priced at $350 — all designs range between $250 and $450 — and the collection officially launches at Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com on Feb. 28. So you have about a month to make room in your closets (and some allowances in your budget) for a pair.

The actress has been very open about her involvement with the new line (which was totally her idea!) partnering with Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus on the endeavor. And expect to see lots of bold colors and unique fabrics, not just a basic nude or black dress shoe.

“If I’m going to ask people for their hard-earned dollars, I’d better be making shoes I want to wear,” she says in the February issue of InStyle. “My real dream was a smaller line, my name, built in Europe, at a reasonable price point.”

Are you saving up for a pair of shoes with SJP’s label on them? Share your thoughts below!

Beautiful shoes, true, but $250-450 is a “reasonable price point”? In whose world? Not mine.

I have a pair of Nine West’s that look just like that and only cost $98.

why can’t they be made in America?

I understand the shoes are expensive, BUT, if they are well made they could be worth it (and I think she meant they’re not like, 600-700 like most Manolos.) I like her style and I own one pair of shoes that were $250 and they are over three years old and going strong, while I have many pairs that were less expensive that completely wore out (beyond repair) in a short period of time. So if you look at the cost per wear, the $250 shoes were actually very reasonably priced.

They look like any pump you can buy anywhere, at any store and what makes them worth between $250-$450 dollars? Because her name is attached? I bought some pumps, real suede and leather pumps at Nine West. Those pumps are still going strong 4 years later. And I made a whopping $70 for one pair and $59.99 for the other pair. Good leather and suede is good leather and suede. Nine West ans many other shoe retailers have proven that for decades now.

Love Manolo’s so I’m sure to love SjP also So well made and comfortable Nordstrom…February 28…in my calendar!

Love her style in general, am sure the shoes will also be fabulous, but reasonable they are not…

I’ve always liked SJP, but this new show line has made me lose respect for her. She just did an interview a few months ago where she categorically stated she can’t wear the Manolo style heels she’s known for anymore and they ruined her feet. And now she wants to pedal the same “dangerous” heels to the masses. I’m disappointed Sarah Jessica.

Love her love her style, but let’s face it….how much of it is great style and how much of it is anything looks good with that body?!

Those shoes don’t look special, let’s hope it gets better.
