Kelly Osbourne is having a change of heart — and no, we’re not talking about her fiancé. The star is tired of her tats and has made the painful decision to get some of them removed.

“Not looking forward to this afternoon… I’m getting my first tattoo removal! Its going to burn like the snap of 1000 rubber bands!” Osbourne Tweeted of the process.

What is she getting removed? The E! Fashion Police co-host is starting with the keyboard tattoo on her right forearm. We wonder if Joan Rivers had anything to do with her decision to ditch the tats, or whether she wants to be ink-free for her upcoming nuptials to Matthew Mosshart.

“I did the crime I am now doing the time! #NoPainNoGain!” Osbourne posted on Instagram along with a video of the actual removal. And to her credit, she appears to be taking it like a champ. 😫

What do you think of Osbourne’s decision to have her tattoos removed?

Good for Kelly! Seeing her hosting a pageant a couple of years back she just looked breathtaking in her gown, but the tatts on her arms detracted from her otherwise elegant appearance. I think if she’s changing her style, these tattoos should go the way of her old look, and maybe be replaced with some more befitting of how she now puts herself together.

Thank God! Maybe others will take note and stop the whole fad already. It looks cheap and tacky and I can’t imagine what these folks will look like in their old age homes. It’s one thing if it’s hidden or subtle, but all of these arm tattoos make themselves look like comic books.

What are people going to look like 75 with ink? Old and wrinkled just like the rest of them. Plus a touch more of color. Don’t slam her choices of getting tattoos. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and those that have tattoos certainly don’t make disparaging remarks to those that choose to to get any ink.

Jamie on

Correction.. Those that choose NOT to get ink.

Good for Kelly…she’s growing up and maturing, that’s all. To her credit she is taking full responsibility!

I don’t envy her the process or the pain but I think she will be really happy with the decision. I have often wondered if people get tired of or regret the ink they get.

I think it is normal to have a change of heart about decisions you make at a young age. I myself have a tattoo which i got at age 18, 10 yrs later I dont love it as I once did. She has made changes to all other aspects in her life/look in recent years so why not remove the ink if she no longer wants it?

Who cares what someone is going to look like when they’re old? They’re old! Who’s looking?!

To each their own, but those two tattoos in the photo do nothing for her appearance. I can see why she would want to remove them.

She can get rid of all her tramp-stamps but as long as she has that lavender hair and styles it with those goofy Minnie Mouse ears curls, the girl is just continuing to do what all the Gagas and Mileys do…….extend her 15 minutes by being as weird as the rest of the weirdos will allow.

That was hynotizing.

I have nothing against tattoos, I even like them on some people but I am so glad that I don’t have any…especially after watching that! I mean I can’t even commit to a hair color how am I going to commit to something that permanent!?!

No one cares about this loud mouth, bullying biotch!

@ Jaime – people who are 75 are old and wrinkled with or without tattoos. I have 6 of them with 7 and 8 coming soon and I’m very proud of what the symbolize and who they pay tribute to.

@ Brianna – a tattoo in memory of your father and sister are NOT fads punkin pie! If you hate tattoos so much, DON’T GET ONE! Wow talk about PREJUDICE!

Tattoos are ugly. Good for her.

For the ones who say :” What about when you get older???” Got that covered! I got a tattoo of a dog (dalmatien in remembrance of my son) on my ankle and figure by the time I’m 80, it’ll be a shar pei!!!!! (wrinkles and all!!!) Smile poeple!!!! :)

I think she needed to think more carefully about what she tattooed on her body. I have several and regret only one, which I am going to have covered up. She is definitely a pretty girl though.
