Is Julianne Hough longing for her good old days as a dancer when wearing a leotard was the norm? That’s the only conclusion we can draw after seeing the star in this Jenny Packham creation, which features a sheer embellished skirt over a coordinating leotard-like strapless onesie.

Or could it be that she wanted to give her ex, Ryan Seacrest, a reminder of what he’s missing? For the record: What he’s missing are a pair of smokin’ hot legs and quite a toned butt, which yes, was also put on display in this gray sequined creation.

And while we could spend all night discussing and debating the lower half of this outfit, we feel the need to touch upon the top half of her dress as well. Hough went for an of-the-moment off-the-shoulder neckline. Because, you know, she wasn’t already showing enough skin.

What do you think of Hough’s legs-baring look? Is it sexy or just too much?
