Abercrombie & Fitch is entangled in another PR nightmare. Just one month after causing a serious outcry over discriminatory clothing policies, the brand has angered what seems to be a very large population of its shoppers — Taylor Swift fans.

After a T-shirt with the slogan “# more boyfriends than t.s.” (seemingly poking fun at the singer’s tumultuous love life) hit stores, Swift’s loyal army of followers were quick to express their disappointment.

So quick that the retailer already pulled the controversial top from its shelves nationwide.

And if you’re a Swift fan calling to try to voice your disgust, you’ll immediately get a message addressing the subject.

“If you are calling regarding the Taylor Swift T-shirt, please note that this item is no longer available,” the recording, via Oh No They Didn’t, says.

Abercrombie & Fitch also turned to Twitter to quell the wrath of Swift nation.

“Hey #swifties we no longer sell the tshirt. We <3 Taylor's music and think she's awesome!”

I still don’t get why people give Taylor so much slack over dating a bunch of guys. She’s 22. That’s what you’re suppose to do. She’s a great example for young girls. Date, have fun and be safe. It’s not like she’s a Kim Kardashian or Lindsey Lohan.

I happen to agree. Where can I get one? I know it says Abercrombie & Fitch pulled the shirt, but still purchase one or two!

There is something very, very wrong with this store and it’s executive staff. What kind of person or persons or company for that matter makes fun of someone?!?!?! How despicable.

I think the shirt is hilarious and is spot on. She is over-hyped for her “musical” abilities. Anyone can sound good in a studio but if you see her in concert she sucks! I took my niece to her concert and it was the worst concert I have ever been to.

Eeek, I don’t get it! What does t.s mean??

I can not stand T.S. What makes her so special? She is a 22 year old women who is a serial dater and all her music sounds the same.

Really?! on

Trish, really? This is a woman who is going around dating underage males, being photographed & splashed across magazines & tabloids & getting paid to write songs about her relationships. IF this was a man the same age doing it he would be arrested, jailed and possible prison for what he was doing. All she is doing is telling “young girls” that instead of taking the high road that can become rich, famous and sale out arenas by breaking the law. Thank goodness I don’t have kids nor have condoned this behavior by purchasing her albums/CD’s or concert tickets.
