From Date Night to Brunch: Exactly What to Wear This Weekend
The hot weather is finally here, and you should be outside enjoying it, not stressing over your wardrobe. That’s why we’ve picked three great looks that will get you through the weekend like the pros — from date night to brunch and beyond!

Saturday night: What’s hotter than a leather mini? Julianne Hough‘s black skirt and chambray shirt combo is so effortlessly cool that it’s the perfect choice for casual cocktails with that guy you’ve been texting or a night out with friends. Get the look with this summer-friendly sleeveless top (only $17.80 from Forever 21) and Tinley Road’s vegan leather mini from Piperlime. Yea, its $79, but it’s so versatile (pair with a bright tank, crop top, white blazer, etc.) that it will become your new go-to piece of the season. To bring Julianne’s look home, add a pair of your favorite black ankle boots, and you’re ready to rock.
Brunch: Rompers are definitely girl-hot attire, so it’s best to test them out in front of a group of friends, not a group of dudes. Elizabeth Banks looks so summery and fresh in her rosebud printed onsie, which she pairs with bold-patterned wedges (mixing prints, another thing that only girls understand). Put your own spin on The Hunger Games star’s look with this pineapple print number ($22.80) from Forvever 21. If you’re not a fan of the fruit, we are also loving this floral option ($48) from Nasty Gal. As for footwear, if you’re feeeling bold and want to mix and match, try these funky wedges ($79) by Betsey Johnson. If you want to keep it a little more low-key, we’d choose something like this metallic pair ($117.95) by Vince Camuto.

Monday morning: If we got our hands on Naomie’s floral midi dress, we’d probably never take it off. It’s so chic and the bold floral pattern makes us want to throw a garden party (or go to a Polo match with Prince William just like she’s doing). Since everyone knows a good outfit makes Monday a bit more bearable, we translated the Bond Girl’s look into something you’ll proudly strut around the office in. This ASOS floral mini ($76.36) is covered up enough for work, but still makes a statement with the fun pattern and belted waist. For even more style points, take a page out of Naomie’s play book and top the look with yellow pumps. This Nine West pair is on sale!
