Style Rx: Kat Von D, We Have Concerns About This Jumpsuit

Who: Kat Von D

Where: Signing books at an N.Y.C. Barnes & Noble

Diagnosis: Confusion about which event she was attending, which we attribute to lack of oxygen circulation in her extremely tight jumpsuit. Between the clear view of her bra and the rather suggestive zipper, she could remain fully clothed and still get a full medical exam.

Prognosis: Kat Von D, we know you have an image to uphold, and we appreciate that. And truly, we have no objection to this look if you’re cheering on your motocross boyfriend at his big race; it just seems possibly a little x-treem for a weekday Barnes & Noble visit. May we suggest this Mara Hoffman dress instead, for a similarly suggestive look that’s not quite so graphic? You can even keep the same accessories!

I’m not sure what’s worse, seeing that ridiculously absurd jumpsuit, or those horrible tattoos all over her body.

Can’t she afford a stylist – the outfit is bad – stop calling her fat – the real crime are those sandals OMG

Kat is not fat, this just missed the meek, whatever the mark was. Wearing some sleek black boots would have gone a good way to alleviating the stubby look. Generally she doesn’t look stubby. A lot of her fans are quite young, they probably loved it and considered it daring. Attention getting is the thing, so we can assume Mission Accomplished.
