Thought you couldn’t love Emmy Rossum’s pretty polka-dot number any more? Wait ’til you see the price tag.

Rossum stepped out in a navy-and-white spotted Stop Staring! design that costs just $170. The classic dress, worn to the Conan O’Brien show in L.A., earned over 14,000 votes — enough to earn Rossum top honors on this week’s best dressed list.

She finished off her ladylike frock with cherry red heels and H. Stern crystal and diamond earrings — which, at $4,900, cost nearly 30 times as much as her dress!

This week’s stylish runner-up was Taylor Swift who continued her sexy breakover tour in a short, plunging champagne Elie Saab mini, plus Jimmy Choo ankle-strap heels and a smoky eye, at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes.
