Jennifer Aniston Is the New Face — and Body — of Aveeno

Interesting timing, what with Brad becoming the new face of Chanel and all…

I did read a beauty article last year stating she used an aveeno moisturizer BUT she puts on a $300 serum first. So she might use the aveeno line but that isnt all she does to keep her skin glowing.

I love how she says she’s all healthy but she smokes!

And she smokes cigarettes….very good for the skin

It’s all money. She is being paid to endorse the product so that (target audience)out of 310 million people (currently in the US) will buy the product. DUH!!! Like we don’t know come on people get educated and vote with your dollars!!!!

I mean what is smoking has to do with selling a face product? After she still have that amazing skin at 43 without Botox.

OF COURSE Aveeno is pleased to welcome the biggest name in Hollywood to their family….how could that hurt sales???

I do believe she’s quit smoking but whatever.

She is also spokesperson for Smart Water and St. Judes Childrens Hospital, so that makes her ok with me.

Sure wish I could afford to buy Aveeno. That is a wonderful line of skincare.

For those claiming she smokes – NEWSFLASH – she quit nearly 2 years ago. Plus, MOST celebs smoke. So if you think any of the others fronting for skin and body lines don’t you are sadly mistaken.

Aveeno is a product from Johnson&Johnson. Unfortunately, J&J tests their products on animals. Not a smart move is she doesn’t want to offend a big population. Yes, she may use Aveeno, but as someone else pointed out, there is no doubt that she uses more expensive product. Heck, all she would have to do is put a dollop on her skin and she can truthfully say she uses it. I will stick with my cruelty free products despite JA touting Aveeno. It makes me feel better knowing no animals have to suffer for vanity!

What you promote to the society . It what you are. It what you believe in.

It’s a shame that she is teaming up with a company that still in this day and age tests on animals. I wish more celebrities would use the voice they have been given by their fans to bring awareness to such unnecessary cruelty. She’s obviously an animal lover, so this doesn’t make sense to me. I also find it hard to believe that she using products that you can by at Walgreens. Years ago I remember she was quoted raving about how she only used this expensive face serum that was sold through dermatologists. That is more believable.

I love Aveeno, and have used it for years. Good choice.

And I’m sure she picks up her Aveeno when she strolls into the local drug store to get her cigarettes.

Go Jennifer, forget the nay sayers , people it takes a while to make a big contract and I believe that when she signed that contract, she did not think, Brad. Wishing her the best in all the projects, the future will bring.

Find something constructive to do instead of whining about someone you don’t like and picking out all their flaws. How about YOU post a picture of yourselves and we pick out your flaws?

I believe she quit smoking as she stated in an interview sometime last year when there was speculation she was pregnant because she had gained a little weight.

When it comes to Jen people love to talk apple and orange. First all we do’t see smoking like every day chimney on the street neither she promote as cool thing to do. One has anything to do with a other. It about a skin product has nothing to do with smoking. They choose her she has flowless skin at 43 she always relatable to real society. Plain and simple. The product doesn’t have a warning sign if you smoke you are not suppose to use it: how pethatic and dumb are some people.

Never understood the buzz about her. Her chin is too long, her nose too big (even after her nose-job), her eyes small and too close to each other, she is not even a natural blonde.. Great hair, great body, but that’s it. Of course she uses botox and other stuff celebs will use.. People who believe otherwise are simply naive.

Yeah, all that Aveeno, yoga, and Smart Water are really going to make a difference when she gets lung cancer from smoking.

She started smoking again because she put on weight and is so vain. She also does use botox.

SO she’ll be peddling Botox and enemas next?

I won’t buy anything she endorses, unless the profit is going to a Charity fund……she doesn’t need any money, but how about giving some to the people who really need it….?

Sale of a pipedream
There is no amount of cream and products that will significantly improve your skin. These companies make billion of dollars by selling people a lie. Great skin comes with a combination of an healthy diet (vegetables, fruits and lean protein) and an active lifestyle. If it was as easy as getting it from a bottle, everyone would have amazing skin. Jennifer Aniston has repeatedly confirmed how she eats mostly vegetables and that she loves shushi. That’s where her great skin comes from.

Not trying to be a witch or anything, but I’ve been smoking for 24 years. I’m 39 now, and have great skin. I get people asking for my ID all the time, and people always tell me I look 27 or 28. Its genetics if your mom or dad has great skin, so will you. Has absolutely nothing to do with smoking!!!! But anyway trying to quit right now because its so bad for you not because of premature wrinkles.

She’s a pretty girl, but when photos are not retouched, you can see the ravages of her smoking and sunning….no matter what $300 serums she uses, it can’t stop the damage. Aveeno is a “fair” product well marketed as high quality, high performing, so-called natural product. Research the ingredients…full of garbage. Like Trader Joe’s marketing team is brilliant at making you think they are fair trade and ethical, Aveeno has a “good for you” image….

Thats odd, she said she used neutrogena soap and Le Mer, never read once that she ever used aveeno….fail.

I dont think she smokes anymore. If I remember correctly she quit last year. Aveeno is not exactly cheap! So I dont see why she wouldnt wear it. I use Philosophy but both are great products.

It is not cheap or expensive shallow.

It’s so unfortunate that she had to be the face of a product that I love as well. The product can speak for itself..no need to put her as an endorser. She is actually doing a lot of sun worshipping and damaging her skin. It’s not the product that is keeping her decent…it’s her millions of dollars that she can use at her beck and call for plastic surgeons, private chef, personal trainer..what the heck !!

She’s doing it for the money so she can go to a Spa for skin treatments. There is nothing special about her skin. This is a woman who lays in the sun, smokes cigarettes and “loves to drink Vodka” and she looks every bit her age.

I have never posted on a message board before but I am SHOCKED by the nastiness of so many people. How many celebrities smoke? It’s a horrible habit admittedly but Jennifer Aniston isn’t the only person to have done it (and supposedly quit, right?). Second, Aveeno AND Neutrogena are both owned by Johnson & Johnson, which is also not the horrible company you all are bashing it as. Aveeno is a good product and Jen is endorsing it….so surprised to hear the venomous comments. Wow – get a grip people!

could’nt act in movies which i saw, a totally c-actress, do tv commercials, thats what “rachel” in friends would of done.. dont”t try to be angie jolie, itwill never happen. also, i have lately seen many pictures of you, your so call engagement ring is always hidden. looks like your ashamed of it???

And even if you think her movies suck, they still rake in pretty well at the box office. And even if the film bombs, that doesn’t affect her asking price, which she gets upfront. She was excellent in the movie ‘Horrible Bosses’. She practically stole the movie. Totally unexpected since the role was atypical from her. She plays comedic villain very well. And she looks hot, not the conventional Hollywood beauty but nevertheless gorgeous… and most importantly flawless sexy skin. Aveeno made a perfect choice,

it’s so sad that her movie career is so done with that all she has to bank on is her ‘looks’- which for some reason americans think are amazing.
