Bold brows, blonde bangs, peek-a-boo blazers: Demi Lovato and Britney Spears gave us lots to look at on the X Factor live show Wednesday night.

Lovato sported those bold eyebrows her makeup artist promised not long ago, plus a sophisticated brocade jacket, black blouse and new brunette locks, while Spears showcased her blonde bangs and pretty waves, Monika Chiang earrings and a revealing jacket that gave us a peek at her striped bra.

We were torn about the looks — Too much? Not quite right? — so we took to Twitter to get your thoughts, and you gave us some mixed reviews:

Not the biggest fan to be honest….Demi has a much more fresh and young personality- this outfit does not suit her and Britney also can look simply perfect with a cute LBD. Confused!

Britney looked good! Just enough peek a boo! Demi dressed like an old maid! Didn’t like the look at all! But loved her spunk spirit with Simon!
