Is Kim Kardashian Channeling Keanu?

Kim Kardashian, The Matrix Startraks; Everett

We knew Kim Kardashian was looking to boyfriend Kanye West for fashion advice, but we had no idea she was also taking style cues from Keanu Reeves and the men of The Matrix!

While in London with her sisters on Tuesday, the reality star donned head-to-toe black leather — including a sexy flared trench coat and thigh-high boots — accessorized with some seriously oversized shades. The look immediately brought us back to the late ’90s and the long trench and serious sunnies Reeves’s Neo wore in the three Matrix films, and made us wonder: Is Kim plugged into the matrix? (We kid.)

Obviously, Kardashian’s take of the futuristic ensemble was sexier than the movie version, but the similarities are striking, don’t you think? Tell us: What do you think of Kardashian’s Matrix-esque look: sexy or ridiculous?

the only “Matrix-esque” aspect of Kim’s outfit is color, she does not come even close in styling and you have to be an amateur not to see it, she rarely deviates from a “hose bunny” style and Neo is no “house bunny”. I am not saying that “house bunny” is no good but Kim is no Trinity. If you want to get Matrix – Kim style association I would go with Monica Bellucci’s Persephone from …Reloaded.

Don’t insult Keanu like that.
