Mom of 19 Michelle Duggar Gets a Brand New ‘Do

Hot mama alert! Michelle Duggar ditched her long curls and fluffy bangs on Tuesday night’s episode of 19 Kids and Counting — but the makeover wasn’t necessarily by choice.

Duggar, visited by her pal Cindy, revealed she hadn’t changed her look in almost 40 years, so was treated to a haircut (she lost eight inches!) and a sleek, straight blowout. But the reality star wasn’t so in love with her look.

“Wow, it’s definitely different,” she said somewhat tepidly when looking into the mirror. Later, when asked how she felt about the ‘do, she replied she’d “learn to love it.” However, by the end of the episode, Duggar’s curls and big bangs were back — so we can’t imagine she loved the look that much.

Though the makeover was short-lived — we’ll have to see if she keeps the style — we think the mom of 19 looked great! What do you think? Tell us: Did you like Duggar’s new ‘do?

Did anyone consider she doesn’t want to look better, that she is trying to keep her husband away from her??

She looks so much younger and it emphasized her pretty features. Unfortunately, she takes her hairstyle cues from Jim Bob and what he wants her hair to look like, rather then what she wants. This was documented on their show. I’m not making it up to be controversial. That is why her hair was back to the dated, unflattering do at the end of the show.

She looked great with this makeover! It made her look 10 years younger! I read on msn that her husband didn’t like the look, so she went right back to it. She should have kept the look! Forget what your husband thinks, you looked great!

After 19 kids I’d be more worried more about how my insides looked then my hair. It is an improvement now if we could do something with that baby voice of hers.

Considering in an episode, the girls said their dad likes his women with long crunchy permed hair, is it any surprise that she went back to her bad hair from before? The women all wear skirts, long hair and do nothing but give birth to tens of children. My guess would be that in the Duggar house, because Jim Bob is the man, the women do what he wants and they have no other option.
