Mom of 19 Michelle Duggar Gets a Brand New ‘Do

Hot mama alert! Michelle Duggar ditched her long curls and fluffy bangs on Tuesday night’s episode of 19 Kids and Counting — but the makeover wasn’t necessarily by choice.

Duggar, visited by her pal Cindy, revealed she hadn’t changed her look in almost 40 years, so was treated to a haircut (she lost eight inches!) and a sleek, straight blowout. But the reality star wasn’t so in love with her look.

“Wow, it’s definitely different,” she said somewhat tepidly when looking into the mirror. Later, when asked how she felt about the ‘do, she replied she’d “learn to love it.” However, by the end of the episode, Duggar’s curls and big bangs were back — so we can’t imagine she loved the look that much.

Though the makeover was short-lived — we’ll have to see if she keeps the style — we think the mom of 19 looked great! What do you think? Tell us: Did you like Duggar’s new ‘do?

Who cares? At least it’s something different from the daily reports on the Kardashians’ activities. “Kim cut her bangs!” “Momager almost has wardrobe malfunction!”

I love the new style – it makes her look younger and much more in style with today’s look. Its a shame she didn’t try it longer -

Who cares? Yes the makeover I thought was better and made her look younger, but if she’s happy with the way her hair is that is all that matters… and for those saying she has an old fashioned life, she has a GREAT life with a GREAT family! They are completely debt free and responsible people… We should all be so lucky!! :D

I like the new look, but I think they should have used her curly hair to give her a style that is more achievable for her at home. She is not going to have time to straighten her hair every day – seriously, she is the mom of a small town!

Loved the new look…would have just preferred the bangs to be longer on one side than the other. I agree that the new look took off 10 years, mainly because her old style was so dated. HOWEVER, I too, love my curls…so perhaps a compromise of keeping SOME curls and ditching the old-style bangs for a more softly curled, all over style might work.

She looked so good! Way younger and prettier. I don’t knnow how she, her husband, and kids couldn’t like it! Way beter then those messy out-dated curls.

Seriously, this woman needed a makeover. Too bad she has already regressed back to looking like a country bumpkin…she looked so much younger with the updated style.
