Which Hair Color Trend Do You Prefer: Two-Toned or Ombré?

Christina Aguilera and Lauren Conrad have little in common, except for the fact that they both like to experiment with their hair colors.

The designer is known for her subtle ombré look — a dark blonde at the roots that gradually fades into bleached-out tips — while the daring pop star recently tried a more shocking two-toned route: platinum strands with vibrant reddish-pink tips.

And while these aren’t new hair color trends, they show no signs of dying. Britney Spears and Avril Lavigne have recently sported dip-dyed tips similar to Aguilera, and Lea Michele has a brunette version of Conrad’s look.

So we want to know: Which hairstyle do you prefer? A head-turning two-toned look à la Aguilera or a single-hued ombré style like Conrad? Vote in our poll below and leave your thoughts in the comments; your feedback could appear in an upcoming issue of PEOPLE!
