That was awkward.

I like Pitt, but this is boooooorrrrriiiiiinnnnnnggggg.

These commercials are not good at all…very hard to keep a straight face and I like Brad….but trash these.

I can’t believe they would think woman are so stupid they would buy a perfume just because Brad Pitt’s face is on a commercial and he’s getting a boat load of money.
That’s an insult to every woman on the planet.

Real women won’t be able to identify with this. If Brad wants only really tall, really skinny and really rich, no one will buy Chanel.

This is certainly not any better than the other one and as a matter of fact, it has become a joke online and was made fun of on ‘Chelsea Lately’ last night. I have’t seen one positive comment on this ad and just wondering if I will see a parody of it on SNL this week???

I’m not a Brad Pitt fan by any means but this is a good commercial. His voice is very sexy.

It’s just a commercial people, relax!!!

There’s something about the way his head “wobbles” when he talks. He does it in every film that he’s in, and now in his commercials. Watch it, you’ll see. Very petty, I know, but still annoying. I used to find him cute, but now he just seems pretentious.

Brad used to be a beautiful man, although he was always too boyish to ever come off as seductive. Now he just looks old and worn out. His looks would be greatly improved if he would shave his face and cut his hair. And his acting has never been great. When he speaks he always looks like he is embarrassed with what he is about to say. There’s nothing sexy about that. They need to pull that ad. All it’s going to get them is ridicule.

Jan, George clooney does the same head wobble thing. Part of being an actor should be changing ur mannerisms for every character but these two are the same guy in every movie. I mean, the commercial proves that he can’t act when he can’t even deliver a few lines in a convincing way. the commercial ruined all the hard work his Pr team did trying to make him look like a good actor. Put a fork in it. He’s nothing w/out the countless famous women he’s dated and the commercial is proof.

Worst commercial I’ve ever seen. I didn’t realize it was supposed to be a serious, real commercial advertising a serious and real product. Marketing FAIL.

I actually really liked it. His voice in the commercial reminded me of when he did Interview with the Vampire. For his age and ambitions, I think he is doing quite well.

Both ads are pretentious. What is with eyes spinning in the first like he is lying. He doesn’t make it believable. You can tell he tells the memorized text rather like he KNOWS it.

Rewind 10 years and I would have been bathing in the stuff. I really WANTED to like this ad!
He seems like he phoned this in- and most importantly- suit it up and shave.
Go back to the drawing board and re-do. Please.

I’ve always liked him, and I like this ad. I think some people just need to get over the whole Brad/Jen fiasco. They’ve BOTH moved on quite happily..so should you.

The French do have a way about them that is positively wonderful, hence CHANEL. Some of you need to expand your horizons and travel a bit. Leave the hate and enjoy the fragrance, this is pure magic. Thank you Brad and CHANEL.

Go back to Catherine Deneuve and Audrey Tautou. Chanel is the ulltimate epitomy of French class and prestige around the world. Coco must not very happy to see her baby (No 5) in such tasteless hands!

He is hot but I don’t like his long hair, he looks very earthy, I think he should have been a lot sexier, because he is sexy. The commercial itself sucks I think.

He is HOT…the perfume….Not so much….just too strong….makes me sneeze! LOL

Boring, strange, awkward, not charming in the least, the list could go on ! He lost some appeal to me, since he got with Angelina Jolie, but not the point, Though his hair looked rather sexy… 10 years ago, it looks odd now! Not a huge fan anymore, and the commercial shows me why:-(

Bad Commercial. They could have found someone with a little more sex appeal. He just seems so boring and his voice lifeless. And I am sure he was paid millions. This did not sell the scent at all!

Zoolander has always been one of those movies I never tire of as it’s always good for a chuckle…this commercial definitely has an essence of “Blue Steel”…. Chanel – don’t feel bad if your intended impression doesn’t pan out…it’s bringing smiles/laughter to the world and that’s not such a bad thing. :)

What a waste. I would have done MUCH more with Brad Pitt than this cryptic nonsense. Whoever this was Written and Produced by needs to return their paycheck! Brad Pitt did the best with what he was given..

So bad I think I lost my love for classic Chanel fragrances…..
I wonder if their sales will go down?

This commerical is much better, speaking directly into the camera like it’s the woman; the women and scenes are good as well, but it’s really Mr. Pitt and the direct look that sells it. I know, I know, viewing Mr. Pitt is VERY pleasing, but just a tad of him makes a huge impact. I think this one is better then the first one. The first one, Mr. Pitt seemed bored and didn’t really want to be there, but the few shot of him and him speaking directly into the camera – Perfect!
