We recently gave one of our PEOPLE StyleWatch staffers a challenge so big, we weren’t sure she could handle it — but she’s off to a super-fashionable start.

Starting today, in honor of our October denim awards issue (on newsstands now!) our very own Laura Cusson is going to wear denim for 30 days straight, showing us how versatile jeans can be by wearing them 30 different ways.

Every day, we’ll be posting a picture of her outfit to Instagram (@peoplestylewatchmag) and Twitter — along with all the fun details — so you can see how easy it is to style your own jeans for work, weekend and nights out. On Fridays, visit us on Facebook to pick the best look from the week, and enter for your chance to win some fun denim-related prizes.

Today, Cusson is wearing micro flare jeans by Henry & Belle ($132, henryandbelle.com; also featured in our denim awards), a Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent blazer ($325, Shopbop.com), a Kenneth Jay Lane necklace ($213, 877-953-5264) and Forever 21 shoes ($29.80, forever21.com).

Her thoughts on the outfit? “I love this tribal-print blazer with my Henry & Belle flares,” she shares. They’re “two trends that are still going strong for fall!” What do you think of Cusson’s look? Would you wear jeans for 30 days straight?

After paying more than $100 on each item such as the blazer, jeans, and necklace- why would someone skimp out on the shoes? Shoes are a kay part in comfort if you are wearing denim for the day. If your feet aren’t comfortable then the outfit tends to be ruined after a couple of hours by changing into tennis shoes or other casual and comfy shoes. I do love the idea and look though :)
